I find leg raises and crunches far superior. good for you though. do whatever gets you gains.

>>41820084
OHP and a supplementary shoulder exercise should be enough for that. don't settle though.
>>
>>41820116
I second your OHP comment. I have been doing OHP every workout, along with a few supplementaries, and my delts are growing faster than almost any other muscle.

also very good for core and stability.

kek allright allright
>>
>>41820054
That exercise in the picture isn't training the rotator cuff you retard, its literally training the opposite muscles

You would have to it the other way around to train the rotator cuff
>>
>>41820503
oh wow hey check out this fucking moron

google shoulder internal and external rotation. i'll wait.

now that you have the basics, consider the fact that there are agonist and antagonist groups responsible for every motion in the shoulder. also consider the fact that deficits in one or the other leads to overall joint instability. have you ever seen a shoulder dislocate? i have, and i've directed patients through the rehab to hopefully keep it from happening again. external rotation is very important, yes, sure, you're not wrong, good job. but so is literally every other shoulder motion.

get the fuck off off /fit/ and go to the gym, you retard.
>>
>>41820003
if you do this just external it is very, very helpful to not fuck up your rotator cuff, but i suppose you could do face pulls or pull aparts instead
