Obvious answer is: football (for americanfags soccer) the only true sport where you earn a lot of money, do your cardio, and play honorable game.

Any other way of spenidng time is literally wasting it.

Martial arts are the most /fit/ sports.

Requires strength, speed, endurance, cardio, everything.

There's no let up, if you aren't strong you get your ass kicked, if you have shit cardio you get your ass kicked, there's no stopping for a minute to get your breath back, it's just you and one guy pitting your bodies against each other at maximum effort.


Something more team based I'd say rugby.

How can I push myself on SS?
I moved from doing 2 hr workouts where I'd sweat and do the schwarzenegger faces during my lifts to SS and now my workouts feel like a let down. I just lift until my muscles fail at 5 reps and it doesn't feel cathartic

Are you making strength gains every session? If so, the program is working fucking amazing because you're getting stronger in a tiny time frame with easy recovery. Feeling dead and getting doms is just your nervous system getting used to the movements.

How many of you lift while having a full time job? Convince me this board isnt full of a bunch of neets or part time faggots.

For me, working 40+ hours a week I have very little time to pursue my /lit/erary and /mu/sical goals after work. I dont see how a gym can fit.

What would be the best routine to do if you want to get big and aesthetic as fuck when you're starting out as a skelly and plan on roiding + eating 4k-5k calories a day?

Firstly, read, read, read. You can never read enough about steroids. I know you didn't ask that so will shut up giving you roid advice for now.

I'm also recovering skelly and am on week 5 of my first cycle. Started at 55kg, currently at 62kg. A stone. In a fucking month.

Key with routines while roiding is plenty of volume. Assuming you have a strength base from the likes of SS/SL then drop that shit, not enough volume.

I'm doing a 6 day PPL. Six days sounds a lot, but you're only doing each body part twice a week, and you need to take advantage of the fact steroids massively reduce recovery time.

On my phone, but will post a link when I get home. Though any popular 6 day PPL will do.

I'm now at the point my lifts are getting so big I'm looking at moving onto something even more advanced like Arnold's Blueprint to Mass, but need to get my lifts a bit higher first.

Yes, from time to time. They do have the Eleiko trainer platforms though, with big crossfit weights. I train quite seldom at this gym nowadays though, mainly at my second gym which is an old school basement gym with weightlifting blocks and so on.

I do assume quite a few people glance and find it annyoing when I jerk etc, but people usually looked while I was powerlifting as well, so...
