I go to bed at 10pm, fall asleep at ~ 12, and my body wakes me up at 5/6 am.

Where the fuck can i buy melatonin in the UK? Its prescription only and the only way i can get it is through an online pharmacy that charges £27 FOR 10 FUCKING 2mg TABLETS

You might want to look into valerian root as an alternative - it doesnt do the exact same thing as melatonin but it induces sleepiness for many

Leg day is for normies

So I was making my protein shake and I was like "maybe I should add some carbos cause I'm bout to crush this natty lift" and I went to grab a banana but I ran out of bananas.

So in a scramble to crush my natty lift I grabbed the next best source of carbos I could: Oats.

So when I blended up my usual choco shake I noticed all my oats fell out of the shake into a mush at the bottom of my blender. So when I finished my shake I had to spoon out muddy oats. I still crushed my natty lifts.

Basically what I'm here to ask, my dudes, is how do I suspend my oats? I don't want them sinking to the bottom of my shake because then they are muddy oats and that's a no go cause they weren't tasty at all.

when i OHP i manage to get the barbell to the top but i can feel my back bending backwards (hyperextending i think?) like the weight is pushing my back and pressing it into an arch

I've been working out for a while now and I'm starting to develop joint pain.

It's not severe and doesn't limit me, but it's unpleasant. It's just a burning I get mainly in my wrists and shoulders.

Anyone know any good treatments for this?

I'm going to try and lose some body fat through some cutting, but what do I do when I feel like I have low blood sugar and I'm so hungry that I'm nauseous? Just suffer through it? Drink a bunch of water?

Sometimes I feel like that after a work out. Fiber ones are solid. Just eat one I think they are 90 calories and make my hands stop shaking

Is there anything you can do so you don't go shorter after a workout?

I've noticed and even my girlfriend after a heavy lifting session I'm a little shorter and then the next day I'm back to normal.

Alright /fit/, i have run into a bit of a predicament. I'm currently /fat/ but I'm very informed on how to lose weight effectively working out and modifying my diet (I am a rare person that can eat chicken, rice and hot sauce for every meal, love that shit). The real problem lies with my roommates/girlfriend/people around me. They do not need to follow strict diet to lose weight and/or are content with being out of shape and they peer pressure me into eating many unhealthy foods, such as pizza, pastas and burgers. I feel awkward if all my friends would see me eating something different than all of them. How do you deal with people influencing your diet in bad ways? it is very frustrating because I feel like one slip up in diet sets me back farther than I have made it.

don't know if this is /fit/ but if I don't eat a lot of sugar, I just can't function at all. I feel really sluggish and tired all day. If I eat a lot of sugar, like a whole pint of ice cream or something, like at least 50g in one sitting, I become very "up" and can do fucking anything, and it lasts for the rest of the day. If I don't do this, I feel like shit no matter what.
