I'm going to try and lose some body fat through some cutting, but what do I do when I feel like I have low blood sugar and I'm so hungry that I'm nauseous? Just suffer through it? Drink a bunch of water?

Sometimes I feel like that after a work out. Fiber ones are solid. Just eat one I think they are 90 calories and make my hands stop shaking
