don't know if this is /fit/ but if I don't eat a lot of sugar, I just can't function at all. I feel really sluggish and tired all day. If I eat a lot of sugar, like a whole pint of ice cream or something, like at least 50g in one sitting, I become very "up" and can do fucking anything, and it lasts for the rest of the day. If I don't do this, I feel like shit no matter what.
If you're worried about potential medical issues then you should go see your doctor and not ask random strangers on a peruvian fishnet sowing congregation who have no access to any medical tests or records that might help.
