I take a lot of shit that is considered a meme, because they work for me. Protein would be the #1 out of all of them. It works.

Again, you have to earn the right to use supplements. If you don't put in the work, they will always be useless.

Recently bought ON Protein because someone here recommended it. Refused to buy it on amazon because they had recent reviews stating that customers received fake products (can was opened, seal was broken and powder smelled weird and different than normal) and just bought it in a local gym store instead.

Best protein powder I've had so far, bought chocolate though. Doesn't taste too sweet, doesn't taste artificial, price is good too.
