I like wireless because the cord is behind the neck. It doesn't get caught and fall out all the time. Also buy aftermarket earbuds. The foam kind that you roll, insert and then they expand canceling out noise.

Plantronics makes good ones. But for $60 you are going to be purchasing new ones i na year or so. Better to go all out and spend $100 or so on some quality bluetooth earbuds.

How much do you guys take? The sticky says 5000IU but a lot of sources say that's too much, especially if you are also taking Calcium

The only way to know how much to take for sure is to get a blood test to see how low you are, take 5000 IUs for a month or two, get retested see how much that moved the needle then adjust your dosage. You could probably take 25k a day and be fine until your blood levels moved above the normal range, which if you are at the low level of normal now will likely take months. Don't actually take 25,000 IUs by the way. from what I've red people have had success with 5-12k less than that and the change to you blood levels is glacial, as in it could take years to get to optimal levels on 2000 IUs if you exercise hard at the same time. A lot of daily recommendations are designed around what is safe for sedentary post menopausal women so take that advice with a grain of salt. Take my advice with a grain of salt too the only way to know for sure is to get a series of blood tests.

Leave the chest shave your stomach. Chest hair makes you manly, stomach hair makes you gross and hairy. Leave no hair on your back or shoulders either. I'm also high test brethren, no point in not maximizing easily controlled aesthetics.

So yeah I just got the living shit beat out of me (1vs15, think rekt webms style) but i'm still alive thankfully, i struggled to keep it tho.

i'm not skinny nor fat, just your average 5'11 ottermode/athletic 19 year old guy, what I found out tho that most of my struggling was probably due to my lungs not able to inhale much air, meaning my body severly lacked oxygen, i've never done much cardio in my life, since puberty i would always get exauhsted in whatever activity am doing such as running, football etc..

now my question is how to be AN absolut cardio freak who never run out of breath, or how to control it im not sure

side question, what do if ur ganged up and and cant run besides covering your head
