when i OHP i manage to get the barbell to the top but i can feel my back bending backwards (hyperextending i think?) like the weight is pushing my back and pressing it into an arch
ofc i dont mean my back is arched while i do it, its not enough to be visible but i can feel it
how 2 fix and how dagnerus is this

Flex your ass your quads and your abs this will fix your follow through. Other than that lower the weight because it sounds like you can't handle it
