That feel when i paid an extra £20 a month for a gym but they greet me with a towel everytime and the gym is empty, 3/4s are women leaving the weights all to me.

I'm eating 1 huge 2500+ kcal meal per day, so I'm basically fasting 23.5 hours per day every day. Once per week I do a 48-hour fast too. I've been doing that for a year now along with about 3 times weights/cardio per week and I lost 66 lb in 4 months, but after that I'm basically at a stalemate.
