Hey /fit/ been trying it the normal way to lose weight

Tried eating less calories and working out when I can.

I dropped 10 pounds or so over the course of the year thus far. However my weight keeps staying the same (drops and goes back up to same weight) Got on the scale today and I've gained all that weight back.

Can you guys recommend me some diet pills or something? What are the best and "safest" brands?

I have a hard time cutting unless I'm on keto, mostly because of self control and it's hard for me to eat too many calories if I can't have cards.

autistically micro manage everything you eat. never eat out. ever. weigh everything you eat, everything. every drop of liquid (unless it's water, even then weigh it to know how much you drink a day), every drop of oil, every leaf, every crumb, everything. weigh it up to the tenth of a gram.
calculate the shit out of it. do not ever use one source for your nutrition facts, not even the fucking label the food came on.
do this for 6 months. lost no weight? cut out even more calories out
do this til you lose weight. then continue til at the weight you want

Does water fasting provide any real benefit?

Of course it isn't gonna turn you into an Arnold if you're ottermode, but does some of the stuff like scar healing and clarity of thought and minimal weight loss actually happen?

You'll lose weight if you fast. Anything else is probably just broscience. I'd suggest experimenting with IF but most things that are more extreme than that are just overkill.

There NO science backing water fasting. Your body does not like burning fat and it does not like it when you deprive it of carbs. Your muscles will become weaker if you do not give them enough protein. You have no idea how the body works, no idea what catabolism and anabolism is, nor how the body creates glucagon.

I don't think I'm getting my caloric requirement but I feel like I'm losing body fat and slowly gaining muscle, so like a slow ass body recomposition (I used to eat terribly and never exercise and I've always been skinny so I had a lot of flab and virtually no muscle and I was very out of shape)

My "routine" consists of
7-10 hours of sleep a night
2300-2700 (sometimes 3000+) calories a day of healthy grains, fruit, vegetables, other vegetarian shit and the seldom occasional meat (I would consider myself a part time vegetarian)
Lots of water and I take L-arginine complex

I run 3-5 miles a day on average, play basketball recreationally and soccer for my school

I also do some pussy workouts with dumbells, weight balls, and body weight stuff. I don't have much option because I don't go to an actual gym but I do try to shoot for 25-30 minutes and work on my form and quality of reps depending on what I do that day

I run usually 5-6 days out of the week and work out 5-6 (depends on how hard I've gone and how fatigued I feel) btw.

with practice. Make a deal with yourself that tomorrow you'll go to the gym for an hour. Then actually do that. And keep doing that. Then say one and a half hours. Then actually do it.

Do this for everything else in your life you want to accomplish. It's easier said than done, but you can do it anon.

I also work(merely part time).

That's not the issue. The issue is that everything I do is secondary to 4chan and wasting time on videogames or YouTube. I would like to stop it.
