Well I was OHPing today and I was having trouble with a rep, so I did the same thing and swayed my back. I thought to myself that a little tweak, or a quick unconventional form technique shouldn't be bad. Now I fucked up my upper back and the base of my neck and mid back/spine hurts when I tilt my head up.

I think it depends, my dads friend used it and looked like a model in like 2 months baths, so my dad decided to try it, and he used it for like 3 months and it didn't help him in the least. so you might as well try it for at least month and see if it works for you senpai

So I am 177cm and weight 71 kg, which makes me BMI 23.

According to BMI calculator, this is in the middle of recommended weight for my height. Maybe even a kilo too much.

At BMI 23.5 I can't see my abs anymore (I never exercise my abs, but I could still see them when I was BMI 23, and could see them really nicley at BMI 22).

My leg day on a 4 day upper/lower split consists of:
Leg press 3 X 10
Squat 3 X 5
Leg extension 4 X 10
Leg curl 4 X 10
Calf raises 4 X 10
Calf extensions 4 X 10
Is this enough? I am making gains but sometimes I feel like it's not enough. Also who else is on a 4 day split and what are your routines/experiences?
