So I am 177cm and weight 71 kg, which makes me BMI 23.
According to BMI calculator, this is in the middle of recommended weight for my height. Maybe even a kilo too much.
Does the BMI calculator include people who are building muscle?

At BMI 23.5 I can't see my abs anymore (I never exercise my abs, but I could still see them when I was BMI 23, and could see them really nicley at BMI 22).
So anyway, i am feeling really fat.

Ok the problem is that even at BMI 23 - IN CLOTHES - i still look scrawny! But underneath the clothes, shirtless... i start showing gyno and big ass gut overhang. But hey, who cares about shirtless... This is me at BMI 23 in clothes. You can see a double chin and yet, my body looks scrawny. Meanwhile, shirtless i git a huge gut and bitch tits.
