My leg day on a 4 day upper/lower split consists of:
Leg press 3 X 10
Squat 3 X 5
Leg extension 4 X 10
Leg curl 4 X 10
Calf raises 4 X 10
Calf extensions 4 X 10
Is this enough? I am making gains but sometimes I feel like it's not enough. Also who else is on a 4 day split and what are your routines/experiences?
