Any good program/routines out there for cardio/hitt that will help lose 5-10% BF in 6 weeks?
I'm okay with working out everyday, just need to burn that 5-10% in the next 6 weeks.
>Keto is not an option
>Eating healthy, lots of water and protein
>No junkfood
>No alchohol or any other drug
>Doing a ppl at the moment
