You have almost no protein except for the end of your day (and even that is modest).
Throw in some whey and greek yogurt or other high protein foods earlier in the day. Maybe get some eggs in there for breakfast.

touch the bench to your nipples, not your collarbone, and make sure you ohp correctly with a shrug at the top, that will keep your shoulders healthy.

I had wrist pain from straight bar curls. Switched to ez. Still got a good pump with no wrist pain. Do what you want though.
