I dont wanna cut, dont like the skinny ripped look but I feel my core is weak compared to the rest of my body
I hurt my lower back doing a squat where my back was too rounded or something, it cracked a bit on the left side. This never happened before. I continued doing squats after that and it didnt hurt if I do them regularly but i still feel a constant pain there. I'm wondering if I should sit out my next workout, or go ahead and do squats again. What do you do when you have injuries?
If I have an injury I take a break from doing what injured me, obviously.
it doesn't hurt when i squat

How long does muscle take to repair itself after you lift? I mean does it take several days or is it done within 24 hours? Are you still making gains are repairing muscle the next day or two and? I wondering if there's a 'best' way to time what and when you eat, like eat loads of the right stuff on the day you lift and then eat at maintenance the days you don't.

>How long does muscle take to repair itself after you lift?
3 days. Maybe a bit less for upper body, bit more for legs.

Every muscle that tears, never fully recovers. This is why living things die (aside from sickness). If our muscles didn't tear, we would live for eons. The less you "build" muscle, the longer you will likely live.
re-upping on supplements and need advice. Is there a better "fat burner" than Super HD? worked great before but lately I don't feel it much and almost don't want to repurchase it.

There's no ''best'' because men like variety.
Doesn't matter if you look like a goddess, after a bloke has porked you for 10-20 times he's gonna start looking other women for simple novelty's sake.
Anyone else like getting infront of dudes girlfriends when their out and popping a massive bicep flex at them, then winking?
It's always the best when their at a restraunt. I always think to myself, *heh, it's probably their anniversary tonight*

Anyone else just like pulling their cock out in front of dudes at the gym?

Guys what sport should I do in college? I could become a powerlift fag but I'm considering joining the rowing fraternity and try to become a race rower here (the best 20 freshmen out of 130 guys get selected for that)
Just drink a lot of beer and don't give a fuck about fitness. It's college, all that maggots is your grades and how many girls you fuck.
You posted this before and someone asked, which I agree with, what's a rowing frat? Is there a basketball frat? Football frat? Soccer frat? It doesn't sound right. It also doesn't sound like, if it's a competitive team, like you can just walk on and join the team slash frat. This doesn't make any sense man.
Also, what, you can only do one sport? That also doesn't make any sense. Rowing also mandates supporting exercises like weightlifting. Idk man you're not making any sense, but I don't know why someone would shitpost this.

Here in the netherlands we have student clubs, which are basically equivalent to fraternities in the US. At the club I want to join (Laga) there is a clear distinction between two categories of rowers: competition rowers and race rowers.
It is a fraternity in the sense that there are a lot of social activities organized for its members and lots of drinking and fun is involved, but rowing and winning is still the main focus.
Competition rowers train once or twice a week and party a lot
Race rowers train 6 or 7 times a week and drink no alcohol (unless they win)
I'm considering joining and going for race rowing, to get the most out of my fitness level, but on the other hand, competition rowing doesn't sound that bad either.
The main problem I have is that I've powerlifted this year and made quite some gains, and I'm scared to lose those gains if I focus solely on rowing
Any med fags lurking?
>My dad is getting his hip replaced today.
>Out patient procedure

What are the chances of him not making it due to the anesthesia?
Not a medfag but very low.

Not an exact percentage; but around 2-3%. It's a very safe surgery.
My ex's mom was in her 60s when she got her hips replaced and was pretty fine afterwards even though she wasn't in peak physical condition.
Also apparently she was told by her doctors that not making it due to anasthesia apparently happens to patients who have to frequently get some at that age. I couldn't really find any info on that subject so I don't know if it's bullshit or not though.
Hey boys,
What's your opinion on using straps during deadlift? I can get up to 405 but then my grip starts giving out and I use straps. How do I get those juicy forearms to pull some heavy ass weight RAW?
Sup /fit/. So vacations are comming and i will have more time to spend. I would like to know if training 2 times a day, once at 10am-12am and once at 8pm-10pm, will give me better results. My goals are to grow and get stronger. I dont care abouy getting thin.
1,75m
77kg
20-25 bf%
18 yo
Been lifting for 1 year.
I usually get 100g of protein everyday (i would get more but my family are fucking fatties that only eat carbs and fibers, so most of my protein i get is from supplements and chicken breasts).
Pic related, my body goal.
Sorry for any spelling mistakes.

Anyone here ever try jump squats? Should I switch out traditional squats for jumping squats? I'm more interested in overall athleticism as opposed to bodybuilding.
Thoughts on these 2 exercises /fit/?
Do clean and jerks
More explosive power, less suicide
