Well I was OHPing today and I was having trouble with a rep, so I did the same thing and swayed my back. I thought to myself that a little tweak, or a quick unconventional form technique shouldn't be bad. Now I fucked up my upper back and the base of my neck and mid back/spine hurts when I tilt my head up.
