Beta my whole life. Recently started lifting. Noticed I'm way more angry all the time. Don't like this. Any advice on the subject of fitness related agression would be helpful.

It didn't really go away, but I've realised that it has always been there.
Thing is, I was too much of a beta to have normal emotional responses and when a situation where getting angry is a normal response occurred I got scared and sad instead.
After a certain period of adjustment you will feel fine, anger won't seem so disproportionate.

its not anger it's motivation. You have a higher self worth now, even though you might not consciously realise it, so you react to situations differently now that you're no longer as beta as you were. It's a good thing, mental gains are real

Do you do a strict OHP or a rippletits style hip thrust OHP? Which one is better? The hip thrust movement really tires me out, even with no weight, and I'm afraid of snapping my back up. Should I switch to strict?

OHP 60kg x 2-3 (i havent done OHP in months so idk rn)
bench 90kg x 1
squat 140kg x 1 (100kg for 20 reps, havent done higher weight for singles and i dont squat lately at all
DL: 180kg x5 190kg x1
I reached ohp, squat and DL 1/2/3/4 goal in 6 months~~ with ohp coming first and squat second.
His lifts seem solid, and im guessing he has short arms (low DL, decent bench and ohp)
Predicting 1pl8 ohp in 1 month, 2pl8 bench in 2 months and fuck if i know how long for squat and DL

Every time I squat I feel a tearing pain in my uppermost inner tendons. I used to be able to squat just fine but I had to take few months off and when I tried again I started getting this pain. Anyway to fix this?
