It depends on your personal recovery times.
Beginners and people on gear will have much shorter recovery than experienced nattys. Also genetics, sleep, nutrition play a role in this. There is no universal answer.
>>
>>42250273
I think I have pretty good genetics and my body can handle a lot, I just have a tendency to overdo it. trying to find a healthy mid point. just seems there's a lot of fear mongering around overtraining

I feel like absolute shit. How do I kick this sugar habit? All goes well until at some point in the week I fucking stop thinking and binge. Any personal tips or stories to help? I still have 15lbs left to lose on this cut before maintenance.

Sorry bro, the burger's getting to my head. Explain what that means?
>>
>>42250010
Crabs in a bucket mentality is when other people don't want you to succeed, so they try to 'pull you back in' to the bottom of the bucket due to envy, insecurity, etc.

Gf is a gainz goblin bro, tread lightly

see ya tomorrow btw

Was about 190-220lbs with a peak of 235 for about a month. Losing about 1.5lbs a week while also lifting (about 2 months in, 15lbs). Just turned 20. I know those factors + genetics are important, also important to note that I eat clean and drink lots of water. I think a good goal would be ~165lbs, and then see what my body fat % is from there.

I know it's better to be otherwise fit whilst having a little loose skin rather than being super fat but I don't know if I'll be able to take off my shirt comfortably when it's all said and done.

Does that sound like a scenerio in which I'll have flat man tits and pretty bad torso sag? I've been kinda worried thinking about it and don't want to spend thousands of dollars down the line just to feel comfortable in my body after being so disciplined with it.

Pic related, obviously not expecting to look THAT bad since I'm only looking to drop like 1/3 the weight that guy did (~50lbs opposed to 170)

>>42249921
You might have some, loosing slowly helps. You are also young which is a huge bonus. Very real chance that you have very minimal loose skin, and with muscle growth you could have none. Keep at it. We are all gonna make it.
>>
>>42249921
Because you are only 20, you probably won't have as much saggy skin as someone who lost a lot of weight in their 30s. Also you should moisturize your skin and not lose weight too quickly so it has time to adjust.

Also, maybe think about not going all the way down to 165, unless you're some kinda 5'10 manlet. Just keep lifting and see what happens
>>
I came to /fit/ to ask about this:

I'm a 5'0" or 5'1", 105 lbs. 20 year old woman. A 500 calorie deficit is 30% of my intake. Will this be be unhealthy or give me loose skin? I can dial it back to 250, but to me, that's kind of like stopping while biking up a steep hill.

What works for one person might be useless for someone else so if you like that routine then try it out for a gew months and if you make gains then stick to it.

I have a classmate who's thin, he says he doesn't want to go to the gym because the retard holds onto the idea that muscular dudes (or at least GUYS WITH SOME FUCKING MUSCLE MASS) "CANT EVEN WIPE THEIR OWN ARSE BECAUSE THEY CAN'T MOVE THEIR LIMBS LMAO". The guy takes things to binary extremes as if you could only be Mr skeltal or Ronny Coleman. He also insists that thin people are faster than muscular people. How the fuck do I redpill him? I feel bad leaving him in ignorance and he seems to have potential
