Hey guys, I have a weird medical problem. So whenever I pee, I always feel like I can't fully empty my bladder. Sometimes I pee multiple times in an hour, not because I'm producing a lot of urine or drinking a lot, but simply because I can't fully empty my bladder. I also went to a urologist and he said I'm fine, although that's obviously not true.
Now here's the weird thing: it gets worse when I drink water. When I drink soda and energy drinks it's not as bad, but if I drink water it gets a lot worse. This is the main reason why I'm concerned, because I want to stop drinking soda, but when I drink water it makes it a lot harder for me to fully empty my bladder.
Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this?

My core muscles can't possibly be that weak. I do a lot of manual labor where I work and I can do one-legged squats.

I tore my right SC joint and had it rebuilt. Right shoulder is somewhat stiff as a result since the graft is much tighter to prevent another tear and I'm terrified when I bench that I could mess it up again. With that said I'd gladly trade the stiffness for the pain reduction, Jesus christ it hurt to so much.
Scoliosis reporting in, I can feel deadlifts more on the lower left side of my back, also my right shoulder blade is way more pronounced. it's not winging but I do have to consciously focus on tightening my upper right side for some lifts. Anyone have any good shoulder stabilisation tips?

In the meantime I'm doing the 'big 3' ab exercises daily to improve overall core strength and stability.
