I was having trouble trying to force down more food than I usually eat tonight, and it upset me.

Eating more food should be easy, right? Just eat more. But for some stupid reason, it's uncomfortable and difficult, even though I WANT to eat more.

Can any of you former skelly's give advice on how to eat more?
How did you train your stomach to allow more food in it at a time? What did you tell yourself? How did you gain more weight?

Thanks in advance to everyone, I'm just frustrated with something that seems so simple...

I went from 135 to 210 in like 18 months. Obviously gained some fat but once I shred it'll look pretty good. I ate the same meals every day at the same times every day. I did force feed myself a lot and still do man, it sucks but you gotta do it. Also try GOMAD if you haven't heard of it, it worked wonders for me. Sorry thsee aren't very good pictures but whatever. Like 5'11

liquid calories my dude, leaving skelly mode is hard to start with since your body isnt use to eating such large amounts, shakes, milk and stuff of the sort make it easier to push through.

I'm currently on a cut and started doing alternative day fasting and have been seeing some nice results. My only question is on non fasted days should I eat at my TDEE or at TDEE-500?

Hey /fit/ I've gotten myself into a shitty situation. I recently suffered a compression fracture from a bad fall I had mountain biking, and the doctor said I can take anywhere from 1-3 months just to start feeling good, and even longer to start lifting again.

Now my gains are going to shit, and all the weight I loss is coming back on from fucking laying here all day doped up and eating and feeling sorry for myself.

I was just hoping someone here went through something similar or had any advice that would be greatly appreciated.

Will I ever be able to lift my normal weight again without injuring myself more?

Even worse I heard it makes you shorter and I was already only 6'0, so this is gonna drop me into official 5'10 range of manlet status..
Should I just end it all now? The only thing that made me happy was working out and now I cant do shit for what feels like forever.

Had stress fractures in my lower spine when I was younger, some days felt like my spine was being separated with a shovel.

Take time coming back to lifting. Ask for a recc for a physical therapist and at what point you should start going. They'll have some sort of light exercise if anything, to help.

Lifting normally again depends on how well you treat your body and if you take the appropriate a mount of time to let it heal.

As for weight, stop.eating like a retard. Weight loss is 90%diet.

Accept the consequences of dangerous life choices. Active sports are fun but have a high percent of injuries.

For reference, did therapy for the spine at 17, didnt really train squat or deads around that age, because I was always told I'd never be able to deadlift or squat but I can do 405 for 2 and 335 for 1 after a few years training at 22.

Ever since I bulged my disc I've lost 35 lbs in the past year. Trust me when I say it will get better but it takes time. And don't research stuff about It and worry stress really does make it worse.

ITT: tips for a young endomorph to get a 6 pack

I'm 19, 5'11", and have been losing weight since I starting working fulltime and I'm always in the sun. my diet is concentrated on zinc for testosterone and lean meat for protein. What workout routines can I do to lose the rest of the fat I have, gain a little more muscle, and sculpt? What else should my diet consist of so that I'm healthy, and hopefully no longer a manlet when I'm done maturing in around 2 years?

How do I properly do neck bridges? I'm a necklet and I need to increase my neck size, no matter how long it takes. Don't have any equipment so after some research I've found neck bridges seem to be my best bet.

I know a lot of wrestlers do them, and athletes in general. I'm wondering

1. Whats proper technique (how do I properly perform a neck bridge)

2. What counts as a rep (I've seen people roll back and forth, I've seen people stay still and do time based neck bridge sets)

3. Any other helpful tips
