Any bros that pull sumo on here? I have a hilariously disproportionately long torso compared to my legs as I'm 6'3 , would sumo be better suited for me? I can't pull conventional without rounding my lower back at anything ~80% 1RM . I do mobility work every week so I'm fairly flexible

fitbit aria is good. it automatically logs all your weighings and can recognize up to 8 different people by bodyweight. app/website easy to use. refurbed scales are about $60 on ebay last i checked a year ago.

Trying to lose weight and get into shape, I can already do about 240 push ups, 240 sit ups, 30 pull ups and some back muscles (?) per day. Is it any good or am I just wasting my time? Any tweaking recommendations?

Sit ups are a useless exercise and if you want to build strength and not just endurance then you need to start doing more difficult variations than just shitting out a bunch of push ups
