I can't do a pull-up.
What are some exercises that I can do which will help me eventually do a pull-up

At least at my gym there are assisted pull up machines that you can gradually take off weight. and some exercises? probably ones that aim to lats and biceps

Pullups. Literally keep trying.
About 6 months ago I struggled with getting past 3.
I can do 20 now. I just do them all the time.

No.
Both of you started where you can complete the ROM for reps, he can't even do one. It would be better for him to focus on individual muscles to strengthen than trying to do a pull up 3 times and failing

Arms, shoulders, and back
If only there were some sort of machine that would assist you in doing a pull-up, some sort of assisted pull-up contraption...

>>42359590
retards , he said he can't even do one
Just do some other exercise for the muscles required to do one
If you go to uni and they have a rock wall climbing is godlike for increasing pull-up ability, even though it's supposed to be mostly legs.

dubs of truth

I think you could actually reverse engineer one using the hanging one legged leg press I see girls using all the time.
