I'm about to start lifting again, but I recognize that I need to focus more on my diet than I have in the past.
My question for you, /fit/, is what kind of meal-prep containers do you use? Plastic, glass, single compartment, multi compartment, etc?
Which kind would you suggest for noob on a bulk?
Thanks in advance.

I use glass, obviously, and single compartment.

I was leaning towards pyrex, but I'm on a budget.
Is BPA-free not sufficient enough to prevent leeching chemicals?
Forgive me if I'm asking dumb questions. I don't know much about this shit.

Do you put different dishes all in one container (ie chicken, rice, veggies), or do you carry multiple containers (one for each)?

Not who you responded to but i've dealt with this before.
I used to do multiple containers, each w pre weighed proteins, and carbs, and a bunch of veggies thrown in. but then the containers got really stained from the hot sauce i was using and they became unusable. then i switched to keeping my proteins in one, carbs in another, and veggies in their own container.
That was unsustainable because i found myself just using the containers i would normally weigh my food into, to eat my food. So im actually going back to weighing the food's in their own containers and carrying those around in the fridge.
also, i'm going to be buying glass containers, bc disposable income, bc i don't like how plastic stains when you use hot sauce over an extended period of time.
gl anon, lift on

BPA free plastics still have tons of endocrine disruptors in them.

/pol/ and /fit/ are mutual.

Use metal then. Poos had the right idea with tiffins. Put it right on the burner to chaff it.
>>42360103
what this poor autistic man is trying to say is to use Pyrex glass instead of cheap plastics
>>42361118
/pol/ and /fit/ are one
Any meal prep recipe resources?

For home storage, IKEA sells glass jars and containers that work great.
For meal planning, there are cheap glass sets, like this one:https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00LN810PM/ref=twister_B01C5AM0Z0?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&coliid=I16X1BR9J51BPE&colid=XTNIZMXAPT6T
