I'm 14% bf and the one at my gym says I'm 2% one day, then 29% the next, then 10% later in the day

People say they're "just a guide" but it's better to just get a DEXA scan if you can afford it

Hell even calipers are better

I got a $10 scale from K-Mart
Works fine without any meme inaccurate fat % calculator

What's more important is that you use the same scale consistently, since they're all going to be slightly different.

I like to weight myself once an hour so I figured I'd go with a high tech model

It can weight up to 800lbs so even if I overbulk I'm good to go

might be off-topic but I am a avid fisherman as well, I bought 5 Riptail 10827 Live Bait Hooks from amazon as well, nifty little things I use with my wife's sons when we all go out fishing. They ran me about $1770 each but I figured its a good investment if we ever caught anything really big that the bait wouldn't break or anything. You never know what you could find out in the oceans these days with fukashima leaking and all of that shit
