Came in to hit chest and biceps, my favorite fukin day. See some 6/10 chick doing squats in the curl rack across the gym, im the only one in there who looks like i lift, so as im doing curls i see out of the corner of my eye this chick is just staring at me. I throw the dumbbells down after my set and she comes over and asks me for a spot on the squats, i accept her offer and i follow her to the curl rack.

I see shes got 185 loaded up and i have to hold in my laughter(women are so weak) anyway shes wearing these tight pants and she kinda has dat ass but nothin special. She unracks the weight and tells me stay close, now im kinda scared this weight will crush her so im basically grinding on her, she goes down for rep one and her ass rubs up against my crotch but i think nothing of it.

Shes not having too much trouble with the weight and i think she will get 5 solid reps in, rep 2 though something happens, she rubs up against me harder and i hear her ass whistle a bit, she apologizes but i cannot control my penis, it becomes semi erect and im becoming worried that her ego will become boosted because of this.

On rep 3 she makes this loud moaning sound as she goes up and my body begins to twitch and i feel semen rushing up to my penis, i uncontrollably thrust my body forward as shes mid rep and she falls down and the bar crashes down on her and knocks her out. You cant view them independently. You cant be extremely charismatic while also being disfigured. You cannot be extremely charismatic while being low IQ either, because there are certain aspects of charisma that require at least non-retard IQ levels. Empathy, knowing your audience, being able to read situations, moods, people etc.

You can, however, be really stupid, really boring, and really attractive and get away with it. There isnt another answer to this if the premise is to maximize pleasure and minimize pain.

If you did not have charisma or a bit of inteligence too you would be tied to being a rich woman's play thing or a model if you get lucky enough, beauty alone won't earn you promotions and jobs, you need the least bit of competence for this. You can however become a instagram model or do retarded shit on youtube and get rich, so as long as you aren't born in a extreme enviroment like parts of SA or africa, this is your answer

Extreme inteligence can make you really rich or really miserable, being a 180qi chinaman working 15h a day for the government and receiving well but slowly killing yourself is shit, you can build somenthing and sell the patent and become a rich fag, but due to lack of the other two you will forever be stuck with gold digger whores

I do Full body 3 times a week, and since I do 2 chest exercises(presses only) each workout, so 6 presses for chest a week, I never do any direct front delt work. Any thoughts on this? The front delt is getting a lot of work by the chest presses I believe and it's pretty overdeveloped as well, just like in most people.

IMO as long as you get stronger at bench and ohp your front delt will be getting hit hard as fuck, way harder than any direct stimulus you're able to give your rear and side delts with a heavy compound in the same manner. focus on developing your upper back, chest and other shoulder heads before you add in any more front delt volume. all i ever did was basic heavy presses and they developed rapidly

For looks, just work the side delt for the V shape look. For good shoulder health also work the rear.

Rear shoulders is extremely important for posture and other back issues. Also be sure you are not walking like a Neanderthal and your palms face knuckle first. I can't tell you how many bench monkeys don't do any rear shoulder work and end up walking like cave men. They look fucking dumb. aka rounded shoulders.
