I'm working on this now so I can't say for sure whether it'll work, but here's what I'm trying:

- Fixing forward head: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LT_dFRnmdGs
- Tight hip flexors or something: just google it and read up, there's a lot of "research" on this subject

If you lift heavy ass compound weights with proper form your body will correct itself over time . just lift, lifting literally cures posture.
>>
Post a pic

Remember that posture is active, not passive. Lifting heavy shit and improving flexibility will help, but you have to train yourself to actively engage your postural muscles (lats, erectors, abs, glutes, hammies).

A good starting point is the way you feel at the top of a deadlift. Everything's where it should be because that's where you're mechanically strongest. Obviously everyday posture isn't as rigidly tight and strong, but the position is correct - just relax the muscles without moving
