Bench press and barbel curls everyday, sets of 20 reps. That's the goblin's favorite meal, and their main weakness.
Once you reach ~2pl8 on bench for 20 reps, you are ready
> Wait for local goblin to use the bench. Make sure that he lifts less than you
> Ask him to alternate and for some help
> His eyes will start to shine just with the thoughts of free gains
> Load bar with ~90 kg
> Do 5 reps, pretend that they are really hard, get close to failure on the last one
> Let him help you, this is just the start, let him taste some of your gains
> Load 2pl8
> Say that you are going to do AMRAP
> The goblin will be salivating at this point, they know that AMRAP means more gains for them to steal
> When the goblin attempts to help you, quickly finish the rep
