Hey fit, how do I get ripped?
I was really fat and then started to going to the gym but couldnt control my own body properly so I started to jog and swim and now I don't now if I should keep doing that for some time or should just get back to the gym.
pic related s me pls no bully
Gallon of milk a day, all the protein from the milk should help out, doing starting strength would help but if you don't want to go back to the gym then check out a calisthenics program, just make sure to drink that gallon of milk on top of the food you're eating.
Good luck, you'll make it anon.

>Hey fit, how do I get ripped?
Lift heavy things and eat clean
>>42301138
eat less first please
Hey /fit/
I'm a skelly who just recently started lifting. I started turning shit around once I realized I had lost 3 kg in a week from just doing nothing, went from 58 kg to 55 kg. Now I'm trying to eat more and put some more meat on my bones so I'm not as puny and weak.
I don't really eat a lot in a day, and I've heard a lot of different numbers for how much protein to eat, carbs, etc. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
For reference I'm 5'11
Are there any serious SERIOUS cons/negatives to your health after undergoing a 7 day water fast and slowly come back to eating with a ketogenic diet.

Had kidney stone surgery looking at about one month or more before I get by to it. What to do or what's gonna happen?
I'm having a surgery tomorrow too, won't be able to lift for 5 weeks.
What to do then ?¿
>>42300915
Damn son. That must have been a hell of a stone if they couldn't just do an ultrasonic gun on it. Kidney stones are awful.
5'11, ~160 lbs.
So I've been lifting pretty consistently for 1.5 years. I'm fairly happy with my body and how clothes fit rn, but I want to know what I should improve on.
Also, what kind of routine can I do where I go a few days a week to maintain/build muscle. I'm not going to be as free next semester.
gonna bump...
>bumping your own post
OP,
work a little on your chest, don't give up
Don't give up keep at it, but I say u r looking really good. Keep ur motivation up!
all the women I know love Chris Hemsworth. How many years of lifting does it take to get an aesthetic physique like him? I'd love to looks like Chris hemsworth or Chris Evans or Chris Pratt or any of the aesthetic marvel heroes.
>>42300875
bout tree fiddy

Who is the most aesthetic superhero?
No comics only in movies.
Just a reminder that McGregor is 5'9.

Does yoga improve flexibility/mobility? Should I pursue it? If so, is there anything I need to be aware of before going in, such as scams etc?
will doing specific movements directly targeted at flexibility and mobility improve my flexibility/mobility?
of course not, what are you? retarded?
>>42300721
Does it improve anything for that matter?
>>42300721
Moving into patterns that stretch and facilitate webs of fascia to move over through and all around your body sounds good to me as long as it's done safely within your limit. Like, if an instructor is telling you to deepen this or that and it's beyond the "little bit of hurt but turns to nice" feeling, don't follow that instruction.
ITT: fictional characters or IRL individuals that inspired you start lifting and still inspire you to this day

For after my workout tonight becuase my symmetric strength score pissed me off. 99 fucking get.
It's because I am half black right?
Am I wasting my potential by being a DYEL and only doing cardio?
