Interestingly, Loch Ness, Lake Ogopogo, Lake Champlain and several other 'monster lakes' are all very long and narrow, and one of the most common sightings is a series of 'humps' or 'serpentine' body moving in the middle of the lake. This matches what happens when a boat wake reflects off both shorelines and comes together in a middle, which can happen long after the boat has passed by.

I have lucid dreams since im a child, I guess it was the only way i learned how to deal with my nightmares. I use to have them very often but now it happens rarely and I could never really discern if it some of them were only dreams or OBE, I dreamt a lot of me dreaming in my bed and going to other places, I even dreamt about my waking up in other dimensiones, I have "woke up" on other dreams way too many times but never had an experience that I could certainly say it was an OBE

Don't bother. It's just shitty sleep and frustration. I think you just get to state where you're semi conscious and can observe your body shutting off and brain farts settling.

Still, if you care to loose some sleep and time over this I always had success while sleeping on by back. IMHO that's individual, but any pose in which you normally don't or cant sleep but don't crush some body part or get too uncomfortable would work better than your natural sleeping pose.

There's a book that just came out called 'Sativa Shamanism'. Part of the book discusses cannabis sativa and how to use it to produce astral travel that you can see on the back of your eyelids. Decent book.

Probably just sleep paralysis, but at the moment it felt like i was dying together with all the universe. Odd that there was no body that i couldn't move or other symptoms and as soon as i attained any senses everything was normal. Or maybe someone just slipped me some drugs?

Being conservative, is willful retardation. Why try when you can just be lazy and lie about everything while literally getting upset at everything for no reason.

So yeah, I just thought the but about the equation and whatnot was kind of strange for her since she really isn't that into anything paranormal or remotely related. Also, I should clarify that she claims she doesn't dream at all most of the time, but from time to time will have little mini versions of normal dreams as she puts it. Time spans for her mini dreams vary from a couple of months but have been over 6 months between them. That's really the kicker for me is why would someone that normally has minimal dream activity suddenly have a strange dream event like this? It's probably nothing but any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
