I'm pretty sure he went under the wrong name, but there was a split ghost named Jake I tried exorcising one time. He tried haunting me for a good while after I set up a seance. Disbanding him wasn't easy, he had a propensity for staying in my head even after severing the connection. His company was nice, but dealing with his rageful side was an annoying task.

I tried reminding him of the peace of the afterlife and how it could exist for him, but he wasn't going for it. I ended up listening to music with the spirit for a few hours and eating some food while allowing it to taste and he begrudgingly left.

I promised him I'd hang out with him again some other time and maybe talk about working things out with himself, and he was eager, but it's a daunting task to rise to.

The water is poisoned, mainly because humans have been living for a long time now, having clean water is a fucking hard job, and putting little bits of poison into it to kill the bacteria is honestly just where we're at with that technology.

It could be better. The water could be cleaner. That'd be nice. Even so, unless it's like the color brown, depriving yourself of water is not going to be better than just drinking it, and then using the fact that you're hydrated to piss out the poisons. We evolved to drink dirty water, and if you give your body what it needs, it's pretty good at cleaning itself out. It's the one task you have a literal lifetime of experience doing, since the day you were born.

Drink water. Do anything to sweat it out.

Here is the easiest way:
1. Learn Astral projection
2. Summon entity in Astral plane by calling its name
3. Confirm it is the spirit you summoned and not some low spirit pretending to be one. (different ways to do this like signing its name and sigil)

There's no actual "easy" way to summon spirits. People dedicate their life studying magick. You're going to have to put some effort.
