Here is the easiest way:
1. Learn Astral projection
2. Summon entity in Astral plane by calling its name
3. Confirm it is the spirit you summoned and not some low spirit pretending to be one. (different ways to do this like signing its name and sigil)

There's no actual "easy" way to summon spirits. People dedicate their life studying magick. You're going to have to put some effort.

You need to have the ability to communicate if you want to converse with them, otherwise it's really hard to do. For that your brain needs to have the ability to do so, some are born with blocked out parts of their brain which only the magnum opus can undo. So what you do is get in a meditative state, stare at his sigil and talk to him, if he sees the task as valuable of his time he will listen and help you out. Treat him with respect as a god and make sure you offer something he might deem worthy in return.
