This quest, as the title suggests, takes place in the world of Dragon Ball. You're playing as a twelve year old boy named Tofoo, and will adventure through the story of the Dragonball series alongside characters such as Goku, Yamcha, Bulma, Tien, and many others. At the end of each update you'll have ten minutes to vote on options. Write-ins are allowed, but I do reserve the right to veto them.
In the event of a draw, the option to receive the next vote wins
Rolls will be used on certain occasions, such as attempting a technique for the first time or attempting something extremely difficult. You will have three rolls, and if one succeeds, you succeed. There are no crits.
Rolls are made AFTER an option wins, not during the voting process

The Ox King's new vehicle is fast, and gives you all plenty of space, making traveling far more comfortable than before.
You find yourselves in a desert once again, but since you have a vehicle to help you cross it, it's not as bad as last time. The absence of a bandit and shapeshifting cat trying to steal your Dragonballs is also nice.
"There's a town up ahead," Oolong announces from behind the wheel. "We should stop and refill this thing."
"Nah, there's no need, we're almost there," Bulma insists, looking at the Dragon Radar. "We should be able to get the ball and get back here for gas in no time."

4e had one or two good ideas, but holy dickshitting Christ did they ever fuck up everything else.
If they had called it ANYTHING ELSE, I think it would have been far better received. Call it an offshoot, or a perpendicular game to D&D that was inspired by it, not a replacement for 3e, and people would have been a lot less jarred by the changes. Shit, they could have called it something like Chainmail 2e, and that would have been about infinity percent more accurate.

A lighter version of Warhammer Fantasy.
Simplified rule system, easy to level up for fast and complete campaigns, the world is dark as fuck, the rulebook is farily complete and the world is not only dark but deadly as hell too.
Also props for telling elves to fuck off and to treating them as the knife eared monsters they are.

Yes as long as you don't use it to powerplay.

We tend to use spoilers for OOC chat, but nothing is set in stone.
We tend to use greentexts for describing a character's actions, but again nothing is set in stone.
Use d20s for combat checks and d100s for other things you want to roll, higher Is better.
It's important to know that the regiment is now in the employ of a radical Ordo Xenos Inquisitor, with influence from an Ordo Malleus Inquisitor and under the watch of an Ordo Hereticus Inquisitor. Yes we've been through a lot of shit.

Yes to both. Things that enter or leave the battlefield together "see" each other do so; a Massacre Wurm dying to Damnation will "see" all the other creatures dying, and trigger appropriatley.

Against FMC? I agree it's not as good. Against regular flyers, S9 AP2 will likely kill any flyer. But I believe the Hydra Platforms are better due to being 25 points cheaper than the SPAA and being able to fit three into one choice. Plenty of dakka.
The Stalker is Heavy 3 (1 less) but has Interceptor. It however, does not ignore Jink/SuperSonic and doesn't block Flat Out (at least how I intrpret the rules)
