Depends on the group really.
I've got one group that's fairly heavy RP, light combat. One, maybe two combats a session.
I've got one group that's mostly combat with light to moderate RP.
And I've got one group that's moderate RP with moderate to heavy combat.
It's working out well so far.

if i'm running for a party where i think it would go over well, i go nuts with RP. i had an npc in one campaign that always wore a full set of plate armor and i did his voice while speaking into a metal pot.
that level of RP would absolutely derail the group i'm currently running for, so i just stick to light voices/accents and always play NPCs by their personalities.
as for playing I WOULDN'T KNOW BECAUSE NONE OF MY FRIENDS EVER WANT TO RUN GAMES THE LAZY SODS

'Where were you when mtg became yugioh?' edition.
So, we can probably guess that Meld is how Hanweir the Writhing Township transforms, and that weird fused two-headed eldrazi-angel thing is probably another Meld creature (maybe Bruna and Gisela).
How do you think these Melded creatures are gonna work? Are they gonna be on the back of the cards, or are they gonna go full yugioh and give us a fusion deck?
If the latter, will the fusion deck be your sideboard/"outside the game," reducing how much space you have for actual sideboard stuff, or are they gonna make a whole new zone?

The flip card will only be on the back of one of the cards, probably. Most likely the card with the rule text that mentions meld, and not the one with reminder text. So Graf Rats will flip, but Midnight Scavengers will be exiled by Graf Rats until the flip side dies, similar to Banisher Priest.

Post any art requests you have ITT. Keep in mind, the drawfriends are doing this for fun, so do not be surprised or upset if they gloss over your post. The artists are here to draw what they WANT to draw, not what you THINK should be drawn.
Be patient, and bump your request one time every 24 hours from the time you posted the request. There is no exception to this rule, it doesn't matter if you "have work" or "are going to bed".
DO:
Provide good, detailed references (pictures are better than verbal descriptions), so the artists know what you're looking for as best you can.
Hold off on additional requests after receiving a delivery from an artist, and be mindful of the other requests that might deserve attention.

>1 Scallop Knight wears a Bascinet exactly like this one, nothing more to say he keeps it polished.
>2 Scallop Knight wears a corrizina, a stronger late period coat of plate that looks identical to pictured, covered in blue velvet. It tapers down to his hips and ends there. Also, under the corrizina and visible in the joints of his arm armor is a yellow gambeson, but it lacks the joint gaps like in the picture, it has solid sleeves. The yellow gambeson sticks out a bit under the corrizina.
>3 I forgot to add this in with the helmet, but he wears a maille coif with his bascinet. It drapes down from his chin-level inside the helm to his sternum.
