You are now Samson, the day before the battle of Fort Larissa. You're confronting the very much alive Hal for speaking to the anonymous traitor.
"...so, yeah, it's. Pretty fucked," Hal says to you, having just retold the events of Rene's previous playable chapter. In his hands, he holds a sealed-up envelope. "The bandit they recruited killed the new princess of Neir when no one was looking, they captured the Lords of Chance tactician and have him well-guarded... But the traitor, they're doing everything they can to slow 'em down. Still think they'll end up finding Ludwig and killing Bishop Lisa, but from there they'll be at a roadblock without the Witch's Pendant."
"So... Who is this traitor, anyway?" You ask, "I mean... If we end up confronting Rene after Fort Larissa, I really don't want whoever that is to die."
"They... Really don't want me saying anything until they're ready to reveal themselves," Hal says, "in case word gets back to them and screws everything up."

Night has fallen over Fuyuki, on the first day of the Holy Grail War. You sit in the Tohsaka house, your employer Tokiomi in front of you, while your parter sits at your side. The information that Tokiomi had managed to procure is valuable, certainly, but there are still some worrying gaps in your knowledge that demand you exercise caution.
The thought of that woman, the one who called herself Xuan, flits through your mind without warning. With your current information, she's the largest wild card. Feend vor Sembren is an arrogant Clock Tower type; you've dealt with his ilk before. Adnan, while largely shrouded in mystery, is still a member of Atlas, so you can glean some information about him from that. The Einzbern and Matou representatives are no doubt powerful, but you have Tokiomi as an asset, who is intimately familiar with the other two families. That leaves one unknown Master and Xuan herself as the ones you're fully in the dark about.
Regardless, as the haze of moonlight settles over Fuyuki, you find yourself faced with a decision to make. With night here, Masters and Servants will come out of the cracks, and in all likelihood, both meetings and combat alike will occur tonight between participants in the war. The only question is, what will you do?
[] Head out for the night. You don't gain from prep time, not in the same way someone like a Caster would, so you need to strike early and decisively.
[] Stay in for the night. You need to stay discrete and unknown, getting noticed by Xuan earlier was bad enough.
[] Stay in for the night, but ask Tokiomi to send out a familiar or two to scout the area. Intel is important, even if you might get found out. (Specify locations)

Also I haven't used and don't see much Forge World stuff in my area, so I have a question:
Are Dreadclaw Assault Pods feasible for dropping in a squad of melta Chosen comparable to loyalist shenanigans? It's been a while but I vaguely remember they used to have wonky rules that made this a bad idea on top of being expensive and taking up an FA slot.
