My DM once had us in the Underdark, and after failing a spot check, he turned off all the lights. We sat there in absolute darkness, listening to him rustle around, making the occasional grunting noise, until he suddenly flipped on the lights, blinding us all.

When I could finally see, I saw him dressed in a gorilla suit with two giant black dildos strapped to either side of his head, and he started to scream "YOU'VE FOUND THE UMBER HULK!!!"

Yes. There's a reason I don't open invite in my local gaming community, and that's because of neckbeards all but fapping at the table while their GM is too fucking dumb/foolish to recognize they've asked him to act out their fetish.

It's also the reason why I write the Drow as a militantly xenophobic matriarchy rather than the more common BDSM elves.

I'm also relatively sure one of my GMs sublimates his emotional frustration IRL by targeting the party face with ephemeral and mercenary sexual encounters. He's surprisingly tasteful about it however, and typically writes it into the plot. Just a rather strange habit.

It's real. It's not as awful as /tg/ implies, and you can fix it with the smallest amount of spine, but it's real.

It's only really a problem if you're playing with randos over Roll20 why or in game finder-type threads, assuming you actually find a game everyone doesn't bail on before the first session. 4.Rogue 2, better ideas, but is constantly too careful, is 2nd in line for best RP because he actually comes close to trying. Has lots of history with Talisman so he at least knows what an adventure LOOKS like.

Here are the biggest problems with the group:
1.They will pick up any plot hook that gets thrown at them, but refuse to follow through, or when things get tough they assume that its just a trick.
2.They take about 45 minutes to make any decisions, and when they do they're almost all bad.
3.No matter what I tell them they keep forgetting to put points in knowledge skills, nobody has History or Religion, which makes it difficult for me to even throw these people a bone.

Man in my setting each forest has a few druids in it that are charged with protecting the forest. Some are fucked up, some travel solo, others are whole groups of druids keeping the forest in line. It turns each forest into a little adventure if they've somehow pissed off the local druid tribe or seek them out for help or aid.

How would one implement random forest generation with the same level of detail as the random dungeon generation in the AD&D Dungeon Master's Guide?

Instead of rolling for shape/size of rooms and chambers would you roll for size and type of trees? Would you roll that into a more general table for forest landmarks?

The one that knows best how to use their weapons in conjunction with their brothers at arms. A variety of weapons means nothing if the army isn't organized. It might give an advantage in unpredictability, but that's about it.

If you're going to play Pathfinder, you have to set boundaries unless you're a /pfg/ shill, sytem is bloated as it gets. Otherwise seems fine, most of my DMs end up turning the whole thing into a combat sim anyways.
