If you want traditional fantasy there are a few options. Dungeon World isn't my favourite game, but its easy to teach and has very useful character sheet handouts for everyone. Its different to gm, but nothing too complicated. That being said, even mentioning it will probably derail your thread. Alternatively there's Beyond The Wall which has a similar focus on easy to use character sheets, but has a really well put together collaborative village/character/plot generation that's worth looking at just to steal for other games. Rules wise its simple OSR dnd, so there's a lot of material you can use. You know what, play Beyond The Wall. Its fucking cool.

mfw I want to DM an ASOIAF game with a group of players where each will play someone in the house but I doubt I will be able to find players with the lore knowledge I want them to have.

It's 20-fucking-16. The Internet allows high-speed instant communication through your choice of text, voice, video, or any combination thereof. There are other people out there that want to play games, on sites dedicated to people who play or want to play games, with schedules that match up to yours. The only reason you don't have people to play with is stubbornness, laziness, or impatience.

I want some sort of battle focus style rule for the DE, that lets them be more mobile, like their craftworld kin.
Not an exact copy of that rule though.
Maybe something that lets them charge after running, or allows them to charge trough cover without any disadvantages.

There was a quest, actually, that had an ice dungeon really well done. Valen Quest? Threads 23-26 or so. It was definitely puzzle-y, though, with only one real trap possible, and the puzzle was embedded in the setting. Not sure if that's what you're looking for.
