So, if Samus really is a lost primarch, then she has to have a legion right? Could this be a good armor design for her legion? Post art with new ideas.
Probably heretical and using some xenotech

>powerfists not having the plasma guns integrated
Marines worship their primarchs - you all know they'd butcher together some powerfistguns to honor her.

Is there a reason not to take a mentor spirit as an adept?
>The villain seeks immortality.
>to avoid having to pay anymore premiums on his life insurance policy.
How about
>Villain wants to enact horrifying and dark ancient rituals involving terrible acts of horror to become a lich
>To receive a cash payout from his immense life insurance policy.
>>50330040
>Necromancer sends out an army of zombies to devour all the flesh they can find
>All to ensure they're unable to cheat on their new vegan diet
>Insurance company thought someone was immortal.
>Offered them life insurance for really cheap with a huge payout, thinking that it could never be claimed.
>Now there is a possibility that the holder of the policy could die. The company can't afford the payout.
>Lawyers advise the company board that they could be held personally liable because they authorised his life insurance plan.
>Thus they are doing all in their power to make sure that he remains immortal.
Our dnd group is going to have a fun session tonight with new level 5 characters. We're only gonna use them once so they can be as autistic as we like.

Fucking awesome site
Hello /TG/, I have come to share a story time. A while back I GMed a few games and tried to do a fancy write up and lost it. So now I'm giving you guys this.
So the party I started with (As it grows mid-session) is an Elite Ultra, a Jackal, and a Spartan IV with a PC smart AI. They're gonna clean out a small Forerunner outpost on the planet, and meet up in the bushes outside of it.
They take one look at the Brute and two Jackals that don't notice them, and the Ultra straight up charges them with a sword, smacking that Brute's shields off. The Jackal nails the jackal to the right with three needle rifle shots- that bitch is gone. The spartan does little to the other even with the AI helping his aim.
Now out of the surprise round the Ultra makes another move- Slicing and dicing both the brute and Jackal with 4 cuts each.
So I'm just sitting here slack jawed, absolutely floored by how easy the encounter was for my players, and hoping to get a bit more creative with the next one.

Spartan IVs are good you nerd. Super powered ODST.

How do you pick players, /tg/?
I've got over 20 equally good applications but have only 5 open slots.
I don't even know what my question is, just help me.
>>50376376
Number applicants 1-20
Roll a 20 sided die 5 times.
There you go, only lucky players get into your game.
if they're all equally good pick 5 at random
>>50376404
What if you roll one person five times?
I'm looking for a game system that allows my players to build their own kingdom, manage the inhabitants and resources of it and engage in territory skirmishes to conquer neighboring kingdoms and increase their own territory. A moderate to deep complexity preferred. Does anyone know if what I'm looking for exists, or should I set about to homebrewing something up? Thanks in advance.
>>50375261
The place in that pic would be loud and smelly as ever-loving fuck.
>>50375261
>build me a city on the waterfall
>and make a aqueduct so i can have a comfortable ride while i watch my subjects struggle
>it'll be worth it
Sadly there aren't any good systems for it OP. I'm in a game at the moment where we're trying to do kingdom management but at the moment we're mostly making it up as we go along, since Kingdom Builder sucks and Meikyu Kingdom is a bit weird and abstract.
In the grim darkness of the 41st millennium, there are only cute things.

>So, since the Diazmonettes are back on sale for a bit I though I'd buy some to make a small slaanesh force. What's slaanesh's best and worst options for units? Is the battallion any good?
Here I am.
>Best unit
Seekers of Slaanesh. They are stupidly fast and hit reasonably hard. You can't make an entire army out of them, but when you need to hit the weak point of your enemy, those are your girls.
Also Daemonettes are one of the best battleline in the game in my opinion. Fragile, but do they hit hard.
Remember to always have them on Locus. That makes them so much tankier, and if you get the bonus from the Grand Alliance they become butchers.
Do not use the rules of the Daemons of Chaos compendium. Download the proper PDF from the page of the unit or buy the Grand Alliance Chaos book.
The difference is that the upgraded rules say they get the Locus from any SLAANESH DAEMON HERO, not only DAEMONETTE HERO.
It's important.
>Worst Unit
Sadly, it's my favourite too.
It's the Fiend of Slaanesh.
It's not absolutely and totally bad, but it's disappointing to say the least.
>Is the battallion any good?
No, but it's cheap. Remember that you get a extra Relic for each Battalion you have, so it's nice to have.
So you get a +1 movement, a small chance to get some wounds back and a relic for 40 points. It's a good deal.
But if to make it you need to split all your daemonettes in small units of 10, forget it.
Daemonettes need to be 20 if possible. Not for the bonus (which is nice but meh) but because they are fragile and you'll need them to sustain a couple of combats. You can have one unit of 10 girls to control objectives, but if you want to go to the front, you'll need 20.

picasso did a lot of lewd minotaurs, for some reason
My people! Two tens of years ago we were but a collection of villages squabbling with each other. Now, through the blessing of the Sun God we now stand as one. Under my rule we have peace and order. As such, to show that our devotion to the Sun God remains firm we shall build a great pyramid to show that this peace shall last for all time!
>>50383936
For the last time, you fucking piece of shit, pyramids have nothing to do with the sun.
Either we go with my plan of building a massive stone pha - er, oblisk or I'm starting a civil war and dethroning your retarded ass. Sun God only knows why I agreed to marry you.
That's cool. What's your opinion on human sacrifices in the name of the Sun God? Because if you're in favor of them, I'd suggest starting with yourself. Rather than raiding your neighbors for sacrifices and pissing off literally everyone.
>>50384043
>thinking that the Sun God would be happy with a heretic sacrifice
Why would you use an unwilling sacrifice when there are countless beautiful young women willing to take his place?
Just cut his head off and put it on a pike to show what happens when you disrespect the sun god, don't award him with a place next to the Sun God's side.
Took a long time to get back from the dead. But here is the first draft of Bug World. Tell me what you think?
Nice fluff, but basically dull? Not much that's useful beyond setting inspiration, which to be honest isn't terribly valuable to me.
>>50381827
As someone who contributed to the original Bug World threads all those months ago, this warms my heart. Loving the pdf so far. You guys keep kicking ass.
>>50381827
Good shit my man keep it up
I'm trying to run a game about 1930s rocket spacemen in spandex & fishbowl helmets versus cthulhu & other eldritch creatures. I need a good system/toolblx to make it work. I need fear rules, madness rules, occult feelong magic, & scifi tech. I was thinking unisystem because its a tight & simple mechanic. I HATE FATE. Dont recommend me fate like a chucklefuck, I like mechanics not DM fiat for every fucking action
>>50381803
sounds like Savage worlds is right up your alley my friend.
>>50383006
Savage Worlds is a bit rough in patches but includes everything you're looking for, it was made for pulpy action. If you don't like exploding dice rules, using a deck of cards for initiative and other rules, or tokens that used for abilities or rerolls you might want to give it a pass. Of course with all rpgs this can be altered to taste except the tokens. I'd post the starter rules for you to look over but I'm on a tablet.

Turns out I can post links to pdfs

There is also Basic Roleplaying while I like the rules I have yet to run or play a game so I can't say anything on where it works or breaksdown. I also don't know if anybody on /tg/ actually uses BRP outside of Call of Cthulhu.
