For me it has been a death by a 1000 cuts. One health issue begets another. Injuries never heal. Minor illness normal people get over in days last for weeks and months. Sitting alone in my room over the years has left me emotionally stunted.

I too would like to just turn off my computer and never turn it on again but it is one of the few solaces I have left in life, even if it is also slowly killing me.

No. It's good you are eating healthy once a day, but don't starve yourself too much after, you can still eat bad later. After while will get used to the healthy stuff and can eat it more often. Don't do crash diets, you are not trying to change for 6weeks but for the rest of your life, so slow small changes are best.

Go for walks. Look up simple stretches. Eventually start jogging. Then start lifting weights. You should be slightly encouraged by your weight, as opposed to me, the skeleton.

Once YOU get in shape, you'll become the fucking hulk. You're a large man and you can create strength from it. It's much harder for skinnies to get stronger. I would have to cultivate the mass you have to be your equal in strength. Even if youre fat, if you turn some of that fat into muscle, get your heart in shape, you'll be physically powerful.

First start with a diet. THEN exercise.

that's what you eat, throw in some 100% plain chicken breast once or twice a week. ONLY 1.

Next, go for walks. Walk for an hour in the morning and an hour in the afternoon. The weight will come off of you like you wouldn't believe. Drink a shit ton of water. No sugary drinks, just water.

I went from a about 220 to 143 doing this. It took about a year. At that point I was able to actually exercise and start filling the loose skin with muscle. Of course, that doesn't fix the other problems, but I can get laid now without even trying and I'm legitimately ugly in the face.

That's all you have to do. Do it every day. That loaf of bread will last a week. The vegetables should be plain, no buttered shit, no salt, nothing like that. Results guaranteed.
