Rich mankid here, my parents are granting me 50-60 grand to spend on my next car
Buying a pre-made car is hella boring so I thought I would
hire a professional to build me a fun-IDGAFesque sleeper car
My idea

i have a 2009 accord exl v6 sedan and lately i've been seeking to trade it in for something else - new mustang, 2000's era 4runner; something with personality and that's what i think what's wrong.
The accord is a brilliant car, don't get me wrong, it gets me from point A to point B without any hesitation (except the 3rd cylinder did have a misfire, but thanks to the recall it was fixed with no charge) but I feel like that's kinda the problem. I believe what clarkson said about cars having a personality and traits that make them human. my question to you is, what do i trade this piece of shit in for?

So my friend wants his first car to be pic related. Keep in mind he has no mechanical knowledge of cars, so all maintenance will be done at shops. He also doesn't know much about cars, he sees cars as an A to B means of transportation. I can't convince him to get an econobox (he works like minimum wage) i keep telling him that an expensive car means expensive maintenance, but he isn't convinced, he thinks because he can save up for a year and afford to buy the car, he can afford to actually keep it all in working order. Give me some advice /o/.

So what is a sleeper worth? I've got a 94 volvo 940 with a large turbo currently at about 350hp at 24 psi. Body is all stock with 200k on the odometer and it's a Lil rough but everything works even ac. If I were to sell it what could I get? Also general sleeper thread

Loved the feel of the Cadillac CTS I drove. Drives beautifully. Is there any reason I shouldn't pull the trigger on a 2015 certified pre-owned CTS 3.6 premium? Otherwise I'm just getting a newer MKZ, but if I do that I feel like I might as well wait a couple years.
