Got into my first ever accident today /o/

Now I'm just wondering if I made the wrong choice. There is nothing wrong with my car, stopped when I got off the nearest exit just to make sure. Even checked brake lights and such. Not even a scratch or dent, but I contribute that to the front bumper of a ford escape, literal plastic. I'm honestly grateful there was not a dent or scratch since I've had my car for over 2 years now and it still looks the same as day one and I take a lot of pride in keeping my car presentable. But I should be okay though, right /o/? Please.

Has anyone bought a car sight unseen before? I want this Miata since it appears to be clean enough and fairly priced for a 97M Edition.
I've been looking for almost a year for a half decent Miata in my area and I've given up hope. So now I'm resorting to shipping a car up to me ;_;

I have been looking to wrap my car, I have looked at all the main stream kinda wraps from camo to chrome. I am not sure what I am really looking for but if something is posted that I like. You will most likely see it posted here in the coming months.

Hi /o/
Recently had the rear driver bearing replaced in my car, all was well for two weeks until last night, where I was coming home from work and the bearing partially collapsed.
Due to the speed I was going, the time it took to get over to the refuge lane seemed to be sufficient to generate enough heat to weld the bearing on. The car had to be recovered and is now undriveable.
I've been told by the same mechanic that fitted the bearing two weeks ago that it's gonna need a new stub axle, hub and bearing.
I feel like I should be at least entitled to a free repair, since bearings don't fail after <100 miles, and I really can't see how this is anything other than poor workmanship or manufacturing error on the bearing manufacturer's part (which the mechanic's business insurance should cover?).
tl;dr: car part that was replaced by a mechanic catastrophically failed after less than two weeks

My current opinion is yes. I mean why would a group of manufacturers take the effort to spend money on fuel research and all the other costs of introducing an initiative to promote higher quality fuels? I don't think they did just as a way to jew people harder.

This. The Canadian government went after Shell and other companies a decade or so ago for lying about their lower octane gasolines not having detergents and trying to get people to by fuel they didn't need and could potentially damage their vehicle. It's the law here at least.

The only guy I knew to successfully daily a beetle had a dozen in constant repair and rotation. That and my gfs boomer dad had a fully restored one back when.

Also unsafe and slow as fuck, although they can be built up into impressively quick cars due to their light weight.
If you want a first car that will force you to learn how to wrench, it's an OK choice... assuming you can find an affordable one that isn't rusted all to hell.
