How often do you guys squid? If I'm only street riding I just wear normal clothes, gloves, and a helmet
But if I know I'll be on the highway I gear up with an armored jacket
>>16678905
pretty much never. Jacket and kevlar jeans lets a lot of air through. Only thing that gets hot is my feet from the engine spewing hot air into them all day,
>>16678905
I'm lame and ATGATT 99% of the time. Sometimes I won't put riding pants on.
But I'm old and stuck in my ways I guess
Does /o/ miss Oldsmobile?
>>16678816
>auto manufacturer literally has "old" in the name
It deserved to die off imo. You just can't have a successful make called Old in any year past 2000, heritage be damned.
No not really.
Compared to what Chevy is doing, yes. I truly believe the eggheads was at Cadillac and Olds
Hello /o/, /k/ here! I'm looking for a new (to me) car since my '99 Camry has finally shit the bed, and I've narrowed it down to the following prospects:
2017 Nissan Versa S, $9000, NEW
2015 Hyundai Sonata Limited, $13,500, 50,700 mi.
2015 Mazda Mazda3 iSport, $9000, 89,550 mi.
2014 Chevy Impala Limited LTZ, $4500, 57,000 mi.
2014 Chevy Cruze 1LT Auto, $9000, 32,430 mi.
2014 Ford Focus SE, $7000, 28,250 mi.
2014 Nissan Versa S+, $7000, 47,100 mi.
My requirements are simple, I need a reliable car that has good gas mileage and isn't too expensive to repair. Handling, comfort, and looks come in after those three main concerns. I work about an hour away from my home, so I'm going to be in this car at least 10 hours a week for highway driving, and I want that time to not suck.
My budget caps out at $10,000, but I may be able to bump that for the Sonata listed above.
Please help me /o/, you're my only hope.
The Sonata is probably the nicest, although most people here would probably go for the Mazda because it's more fun to drive and not Korean.

2014.5 Camry SE, nigger
So, long story short, I want a big truck for no other reason than to have a big truck. I dont mind if you want to lecture me on why not, so go a head if you have a good enough point. What im looking for in order is: Low price, High torque/horsepower(diesel maybe?), reliability, good looks
Any ideas please share them, thanks!
I like the look of pic related, so something like that?
Buy a 6.0 superduty.
There you go op this one is perfect for your needs.
They are all about the same size.
If you want lifted, go with one using torsion bars, as they are easy as dick to lift.
And get some aggressive 35s..
Why are some Subarus badges pink?
Do they fade over time or do peopel rebadge them?

It's how gay subaru owners signal to potential mates
>>16678033

What does /o/ think of Lincoln?
>>16674474
funny how a luxury car is fast as the SHO
>>16674474
Niggermobile or for the geriatric.
Much like Buick.
Or yaknow theyre ford vehicles with nicer interiours that cost way more.
>>16674512
>nicer interiors
Ironically, Ford's interiors look more "upscale" or """"elegant"""" than their Lincolns.
itt we talk about our tools

Hey /o/,
where are the motorcycle riders at?
Is a CBR300R a good beginner bike?
I've ridden dirtbikes for 3-4 years up to a 4-stroke 230cc, and was instructed NOT to get a 600cc street bike as my first motorcycle.
Any other opinions?
inb4 "motorcycles are dangerous" "you're gonna kys"
Pic related
motorcycles are dangerous
if youre going to take a chance on dying you might as well get a 600 so you can have performance better than the average car
but not starting with a 600 gives me something to look forward to, then 1000 after that..
>>16680393
its called buyers regret m8. you will be sorely disappointed with a 300cc sportsbike. you already have experience on a bike just get a 600+.
This or a 93 Econoline rv
>>16679863
>1970's GMC Motorhome
Do that. It's what I would do. The drivetrain is almost lock, stock, and barrel from the 1966 Oldsmobile Toronado since it was so over-engineered.

I have this baby
That one, assuming you fix up the interior.
Alright /o/ what are your thoughts on classic VW Beetles
I have one that's essentially new, all I need to do it buy a new body. Now I'm not Sure if I should keep it, I don't really like it if I'm being honest.Planning on restoring it and selling it. Can seem to find a price range online they are all over the place, any suggestions on the price to sell if fully restored?
>>16679654
>essentially new
>all I need to do it buy a new body
Pick one faggot
>>16679665
The internals are new, should have worded it differently my bad faggot.
>>16679677
so it's mechanically sound? $3k at absolute most, depending on year (early 60's models are the most desirable). and you should expect to sell it for half that. Bugs are some of the most popular cars ever built and still holds the world record for the most cars produced from a single design.
The only car possibly worth less is the Ford Model T.
