So modern engines correct for temperature and altitude, but do they correct for humidity?
>>16671115
Bumping because I genuinely want to know the answer to this to.
>>16671115
No, you just figured out a major gap in combustible engine engineering. Get to your nearest Ivy league school today and get to work!
i wouldnt think so, i know the m4gts has water injection so presumably it ould to see how much humidity is in the air already
idk tho

I choose all 3.
Does anybody on this board actually own a supercar?
I know that this website usually attracts autists and the likes, but every now and then there must be someone on here that's got enough money to buy something really expensive.
And if you do, post pics with timestamp or don't bother at all.
I'm planning on building myself a replica Aventador if that counts. Can get one done for less than $10k.
>>16670548
There's a few ferrari and GTR owners lurking somewhere that have posted proof before.
>>16670624
R35s?
>tfw too poor to own a car
dude you literally can get a decent condition shitbox car for $1500 around me (Eastern US) you have no excuse, check your discretionary spending and save it faggot
>>16670498
that doesn't take into account insurance which can be several grand for a new driver, tax and MOT
>>16670540
You working or training?
Are there any real non-meme flaws in this car?
It's too low res.
Is that a VW polo?
its not a 918
mid engine rear wheel drive is better than rear engine rear wheel drive
other than that not really, unless you wanna factor price/cost to maintain but tbqh at that point that shit doesnt matter the same as it does with a lesser car
What's the maximum interval/mileage you would go between oil changes? I'm talking about a brand new engine.
1.5k miles
>>16670320
I don't pay attention to miles. I just change it every 6 months. Synthetic can last 10K miles. But you should probably change the filter more than that. . .
250 miles
Is 15k too much to pay for this s2000? I want it bad but I don't want to get ripped off.

>>16668876
that poor s2000... thats way too much...
Is it worth it?
I'm guessing it drives like an Echo, but who gives a fuck. It has a glass canopy and gullwing doors.
It's rad as shit
pretty dope. Would that be more fun to drive than an AZ-1 or Cappuccino though?

Why does Europe not buy American cars? Not even sports cars
Because even our econoboxes get terrible gas mileage, and the poor fuckers over there pay out the ass for petrol.
>>16656365
>Expensive to bring over
>even mores o with taxes on purchase
>generally worse then german competition
The only reason they still sell stateside is because of "muh american" and lower prices.
>>16656377
This, same thing in Australia but we have Holden
I want to start modding my civic but i don't want to be a ricer, any suggestions?
>>16668734
/o/ hates modded cars.
Go to honda general
>>16668734
Buy a car worth modding.
Just keep it clean asshole don't ruin another perfectly good Civic.
Could there be a second renaissance in American car culture in the 2030s when the boomers start dying out and the muscle car hoard loses its inflated value?
Or are we doomed to a soulless dystopian future of driverless cuckboxes?
>>16672057
cuckboxes, boomers are really the last generation to give a shit. gen X is irrelevant and millennials just want to play on their phone.
the biggest thing, in my opinion, is less people want to own things now. cars will just be driveless things you call on your phone or whatever and come get you when you need one. you won't own it.
>>16672057
>boomers start dying out
who the fuck do you think the car culture demographic is even made up of. i'll give you a hint einstein, it's not this new fuccboi generation of liberal millennials.
I doubt it. Some people in my generation are really about cars but mostly for the status aspect of it. Honestly, with the rise of Uber/Lyft, public transportation getting better/expanding and more people moving to urban areas to use this public transportation, car culture in America is probably on the decline but will never properly die.
>>16672068
Basically this. I mean depending on your lifestyle this is a lot cheaper than owning a car too.
>>16672093

Pros and cons of owning a Datsun? Besides the rust of course. Looking to buy one soon.

>>16671812
I was wondering if anyone was gonna make a waifu dinner pic with their car like some other boards do. Nice.
