Hey /k/ I ordered my very first gun last night, an AR-15. I'm not experienced with guns really at all but know a lot about them an what not. I want to learn the gun first before I shoot it.
So, what's some of the first things I should know or learn about the AR system? Where should I start?

Say you had a small group of about 50 guys, some trained, some not, some have their own guns, some don't, and each brought about $10,000 each, giving a total of around half a million to fund the effort.
How would you spend that money to make an invasion of a small pacific island a success?
Assume you would need to buy guns ammo and gear for a large number of your force.

Hey /K/, I just graduated college with a degree in Economics. I own a M9 and have a VA resident CHP. does anyone know any /k/ approved job I can do? CHALLENGE I am a type one diabetic im thinking about poking around local Police departments but Im not sure how to approach a police department as a scrub. what does /k/ think I should do. Unless you FLY a lot with your gun, or if you're just willfully irresponsible with smashing your luggage around while loading your car; a soft case can be much more convenient and perfectly sufficient when it comes to "driving around" type travel.
As far as air travel is concerned; you DEFINITELY want a hard case, baggage handlers and the handling/loading process are a goddamn disaster, if you travel with a soft case, you're just asking for broken shit.
