Actually that may be a legit question if OP is afraid of recoil.
That being said, just keep going until you're comfortable with the recoil and develop good trigger habits
>Hannibal
>Lee
>Rommel
>Gustavus Adolphus
>Napoleon
>worshiping military commanders that lost
Stop. If I see one more book lauding Napoleon or Rommel as the greatest military commanders the world has ever known I'm going to burn down the book store
>>33634067
>Gustavus Adolphus
>lost
Go back to school.
>>33634067
To be fair Napoleon actually commanded in 7 wars, won the first 5, was narrowly defeated in the 6th then was finished off in the 7th.
Feel free to look it up, he was no loser.

Albert Kesselring was better to be quite honest
OP wants to know everything you know about Rhodesia.
OP specifically wants to know about dress codes, as rhodie dress codes are scarce.
>>33634063
pol is that way fuckhead
>>33634063
It made so much sense like Biafra&Katanga
>>33634095
pol is way too cancerous to discuss rhodesia

For sub-9x19 cartridges, what are supposed to use if you carry something in one these?
I can't seem to find any consensus.
Just load this thing with whatever the hell you want.
>>33633828
Don't carry a sub-par soviet PP-copy
You have like 3 ammo choices
Although I should mention that hollow point bullet design has no disadvantages as compared to metal jacketed rounds.

Hey /k/.
Grandpa died the other day and left me a few of his guns. I'm not really much of a gun person, but I figured I'd give this board a shot in helping me figure out what I have.
Pic related.
Russian TIGR semi-auto rifle (civilian-market SVD) in 7.62x54mmR; German Karabiner 98k Mauser in 8x57mmIS.
>>33633751
Idk why I'm responding to bait but the gun on the left is $10000+

I'm actually interested in this as well, have yet to see one in the wild though, and I've learned not to buy without handling. Anyone here on /k/ held/shot/own one of these?
Would this armorslayer really practical?
If so, would it cut through armor?
yes. it would practical if you armor cut fast. dont try thog to cut on metals. i am cut the sword cut armorslayer so i kno what
>>33633531
No and no
>>33633531
I can't see how this would cut through armor at all so no.
Negatory and no.
If you really want to deal with armor you need a mace, club, or a spear and enough skill to stab through plating gaps. Mordhau techniques work in a pinch.
Have firearms basically hit a wall?
Could we still be using a lot of the same firearms we have today, even centuries later?
>>33633330
Firearms are more or less a mature technology, but advancements in material science and electronics mean that they are going to keep improving in small ways for the foreseeable future. Best example is the recent handgun optics revolution.
>>33633330
As long as dense pieces of metal flying at high speeds are still deadly then I'd say yeah.
>>33633330
Because now small arms are chump change. In full scale war artillery, missiles, and bombs will be doing most of the killing. They get overlooked because in 1st world countries they're just not the primary method of killing anymore.
rate my pattern

I had an idea a few days ago
After Katrina, the government had a load of trouble dealing with the disaster.
Would a civilian ran, non-profit, organization be able to help?
Things like giving out food, clearing roads, shelter.
They wouldn't have the restrictions the gov has, and hopefully be welcomed by civilians.
Running around in vans like pic related
>>33633142
Unless that bitch floats and is handing out free tvs, you aren't gonna do much post-katrina.
>>33633142
And where would you acquire start up fees?
>>33633142
so... the red cross?
Just found this hat. It has a nazi eagle and swastika on it. I think it's called a Kapi? Is it worth anything?
>>33633003
Looks pretty mint, could be a replica.
Any markings?

>>33633003
Any tags/marks on the inside with date or manufacturer?
What does /k/ think of a double barrelled, mag fed .85 magnum revolver?
>mag fed revolver
full mast
>mag fed
>revolver
>>33632894
I think it's only .03 inches away from being able to shoot through schools
