Hey /k/, name me a movie where silenced guns been properly used.

It's actually a very good movie, but...
Thread for talking about nuggets and their accessories. You may only post ITT if you own a nugget.
Does anyone here own a nugget with this barrel mark? If so, are you looking to sell?
>>33643690
Just got one of my own, Finn VKT 91/30 receiver with literally everything mismatching Izhevsk from the bolt to the barrel bands. Previous owner fucked up front sight post, which i'm replacing, and refinished the stock with the locking lugs in, which are caked.
Shoots nice tho
I wonder if I'll be able to get a good enough price for my Tula 91/30 to get a Finnish M39
>Be inna Africa
>Get some sweet Rhodie shorts
>Issued a NATO FN FAL
>Breddy gud so far
>Have to guard some compound
>Buncha oil
>Whatever
>Suddenly friend screams "Eyes open!"
>See a dog in a wetsuit jump up and stab him in the neck with a knife
>wat.jpg
>Hear Rebel Yell getting progressively louder
>Helicopter too
>See man half wearing camo
>Jumps in helicopter with doggo
>Helicopter is solid gold
>Why
>Both extract before i can even begin to fathom what i just saw
So tell me /k/ is there a way to get your dog to not be afraid of guns? Mines a bit of a coward so i cant take him out shooting.
Bumping because I have no fucking clue what that is a reference to.
>>33643650
Shoot it with a gun to show that there's nothing to be afraid of
>>33643729
Metal Gear Solid 5
In the game you find a puppy and it grows up to be a doggo operator. He can kill enemies and stuff like that.
You can customize your helicopter's color, hence the solid Gold thing.
Also, you can install speakers on your helicopter to play 80's tunes when it approaches, hence "Rebel Yell"
Great game, operator as fuck. Also full of memes
I choose rifles in .30-06 because I like saying, "Thurdy Awt Six" a lot. Almost as much as "Tuba Fur"
SA-22 and Nylon 66 because you reload it by shoving a pole up it's ass and it makes my spine all tingly to watch
>>33643641
thats not a thirty six gun that's a swat gun
Everything I own because I only buy meme guns.
I own a .44 magnum revolver because I find the big heavy bullets to be extremely satisfying to hold and load.
No joke, I reload and when I finish a batch I'll sometimes just fondle a big handful of them like those steel Chinese stress balls they used to sell everywhere.
The AK-47 is the best gun ever
>never jams
>never wears out
>never breaks
>shoots 7.62×39mm
Prove me wrong
>>33643550
>implying they could even build them
Russians, lmao.
>>33643550
AKM is better, so that is avtomatically incorrect.
Dont take the fucking bait you idiots.

Wow, good job, retard.
So I have my CCW in California and it was suggested that I might want to look into CCW insurance. If the victim or the victim's family sues the county then I am held liable.
Anyone here use insurance?
Waste of money even in CA?
I have heard that the NRA advertises insurance through a third party, is that any better/worse?
Not moving for at least 5 years, job contract, so save your breath.
>>33643224
If you carry a gun, and you're willing to shoot somebody, get insurance.
It's not an if, you will get sued. No question. Especially in California. Even if you shoot a bum, you'll find a third cousin coming after you.
This is like getting a car and questioning getting auto insurance
>>33643399
Great, which do you use?
>>33643541
Not him
But I'll go with the NRA
Look at this, I swear I didn't edit a goddamn thing, not even the autism stuff
this is as seen on facebook 3 minutes ago.
Is history revisionism by battlefield 1 (as a mass-media, which video-games unfortunately have become) a real thing?
I thought people couldn't be stupid enough to believe this depiction of the most gruesome war ever fought.
tl;dr fuck those swedish faggot developers
>>33643119
inb4 this is not /k/ related fuck you it's not about the vidya it's about history revisionism of the great war and the great war is /k/ related
He's a public servant, did you expect him to be intelligent?
>>33643151
I wanna discuss about the problem that games like that let underage fags that play BF1 and dumbfucks like that guy perceive history differently than it actually was.
And the fact that it's happening to WW1 is straight up disgusting, you know how that war was fought. Not like in Battlefield, lol
if carrying a gun with a round chambered and no manual safety is the ONLY safe way to carry one, how come stories like this keep popping up?
http://archive.is/jWmS8
Why are there threads almost every month here about NDs?
>hurrr people r stupid
Well then maybe if that's a given they shouldn't be carrying with a round chambered,
>>33643083
>>33643083
>Well then maybe if that's a given they shouldn't be carrying with a round chambered,
If they can't abide by basic safety rules, they shouldn't have a gun. Period.
Also, the article makes no mention of what type of gun it was. It could have been a glock, could have been a 1911. We don't know. Could have also been a shitty holster. Could have been like pic related, which can happen with a manual safety as well if he forgot to flag the safety before holstering.
And besides, carrying unchambered is retarded because having to take time to porperly load your weapon in a situation where you mean it is a bad idea..
Because you don't hear of the literal millions of times people successfully carry a gun without nding on the news daily.
Stupid people have always been around and always will, get over it
What does /k/ think about these goofy little giggle switches for Glocks? If it was legal, would you buy one?
>>33643063
>owning a glock
No.
No. I don't buy plastic pistols. I value my hand.
>an automatic pistol
>for 500 dollars
>would you buy it
Why do people make these threads? Of course everyone would have one, even that first poster knows damn well they'd have one just for fun.
The real question is if an automatic pistol/carbine/rifle was legal; which would you prefer.
>S.W.A.T and squad cars surround your house.
>You have limited time to make a choice.
What do?
I will reply with a conclusion to your choice, be creative.

Go to jail, lawyer up, and hope I get probation for being an upper middle class white man with no history of violence and for only committing victimless crimes.
death by cop, while jacking off
Is there any amount of armor or firepower one man could wield within his home to stop an entire SWAT raid?
https://petition.parliament.uk/petitions/192020
Petition for UK citizens to get a right to bear arms for self defense.
Allow handguns for concealed carry.
Allow use of shotguns and rifles for home defense.
General gun law thread also.
UK and USA welcome.
Walk through your nearest estate at night and tell me you want those people carrying guns, mate.
>>33642999
We don't need guns to fight our battles like you stupid americucks. Fat fucks could hardly throw a punch before being drenched in sweat.
>Allow use of shotguns and rifles for home defense.
we already have that m8

As a soldier, how would you feel if one day there would be a war against an enemy of proportionate assets, resources, and strength. In short a conventional war.
You can't just magic away nukes, but if the day ever came for a conventional major war would most soldiers or nations be ready to face an enemy who had just as much armor, air support, materials and manpower comparable to them?
Most likely they wouldn't have had experience either in large scale conventional warfare. I'm just wondering how it would go down. It's been a long time since Korea and WW2.
>>33642939
Shit's fucked. I just hope I don't die. If I do, so it goes.
Things like MOABs would become useless, these things are memes that wouldn't be worth shit unless you are bombing third worlders and have literally 100% complete uncontested control of the skies as we do in Afghanistan.
>>33642939
I'm old enough to remember that the opening phase of OIF was conventional in nature. The same tactics and strategy used to confront those conventional forces would be used to confront others.
/k/ommandos get caught up in "this platform vs that" when they fail to realize that on the operational level, these things do not matter as much as you think that they do. We focus on the capabilities of this tank and the range of this gun, and the reality of the situation is that those things are largely irrelevant to operational strategy. We fixate on them because they are easy to understand and comprehend while the real operational stuff (the kind of thing you go to war colleges for) is complex and difficult for the layperson to understand.
Thats why we will argue endlessly about F-thingamajigs vs Su-whatevers without understanding how these individual platforms fit in the overall operational strategy of the country that produced them.
Notice how whenever a thread pops up comparing two weapon systems, the argument always ends up at the use of nukes?
Thats because /k/ommandos do not understand operational art.
let's say there is 50 ISIS members and 50 Gun owners put in a location similar to this.
ISIS is armed with their regular shit. AKs, suicide vests, grenades, etc.
and gun owners are owned with AR15s, gloccs, etc
who wins?
It depends
>>33642871
Almost certainly ISIS, unless every gun owner is in shape and has above-average military combat experience.
The entire might of the US military invaded Afghanistan and Iraq, and we lost.
ISIS would be on their home turf and would fuck the shit out a bunch of fat, skinny, and skinnyfat gun owners.

>>33642825
FOAB is definitely more powerful, but there have been questions of how it's deployed, as it's only been tested and not used in a practical situation. Maybe we'll see it in Iran or Syria when Trump stumbles into his first war.
