What does this image mean?
What does the flag mean?
What does the symmetry even stand for?
I'm confused, what does this stand for?

The destruction and decadence of white britain by the brown hordes. I've been on /pol/ too much...
>>2785628
care to explain
>>2785628
niggers and jews isn't a good enough reason for me for an explanation for symmetrical union jack.
Are there any references/poses that include fighting from close up/hyper angles? I want to learn to capture the gesture and construct from various hyper angles.
>>2784591
i suggest you train to have a photographic memory, after that you can just go to bars and start pissing off people very much. naturally they will beat you up
now here comes the great part: because of your photographic memory you will be able to remember the poses, you want close up hyper angles? just remember the fists before they hit your nose and destroy it. if you get lucky, some great fellow may gut you so you cam draw realistical piece of your intestines

>This
You can also make new art buddies this way to.
Also is tis picture the kind of thing you are looking for?

After watching this video I decided that I really need to work more on my color theory
I really want my style to be as realistic as possible but my color theory is still that of an amateur. I have no more problems with anatomy and light/values because I can see mistakes through intuition alone.
tips or infographs are welcome
>>2785851
do color studies? really its not that fucking hard, color is probably the easiest thing to learn art wise.
>>2785851
Some people will just say 'loomis' but digital art is different.
I quit using photoshop because opaque brushes become transparent due to pen pressure and I can't turn it off.
Here are my questions:
>do I only use one layer for coloring?
>should I use translucent and smooth brushes at all?
>is gradient just a meme?
not the best example but pic related.
>>2785858
no
if you want to
no
if you can figure out how to turn off transparency to pen pressure in Photoshop you should prob quit art now.
What sort of pen or tool do you use for this?
>>2785559
looks like a simple fine liner, the lines are even
>>2785559
Marker and fineliner. Nothing fancy

Black one
feel free to dump your drawings, criticize if you want, i'll be posting some of my doodles too
was bored at the class, about 25 minutes of drawing
this one was not intended to be anything, it ended up as a spider
Fuuuck reddit is terrible. These idiots think it takes a decade of 12 hour practice tp get to Jakub Rozalski's skill level.
>>2783845
atleast they have a better idea than the idiots on /ic/ who make threads like "How do I draw like ____? Thanks." or "what do you mean it takes years to draw like (insert my anime idol here)?!! WTF!"
sage
>>2783859
Except they're at the other extreme, faggot.
>These idiots think it takes a decade of 12 hour practice tp get to Jakub Rozalski's skill level.
are you trying to say it takes less? I'm honestly confused
how long do you think it takes

TELL ME WHY
>>2785348
i'm really curious
>>2785339
I mean, this isn't scary at all...
Help me, /ic/ - there's a great contemporary artist who does these very clean, super realistic portraits of very fair skinned women, almost with an uncanny valley effect. I'm thinking of one specifically, of a woman staring directly at the viewer, with her hands in her lap. I believe he's Chinese as well.
lu cong?
>uncanny valley effect
Then they aren't "super realistic" you dumb cunt.
I think I'm getting arthritis or something in my right hand. I fall a lot because of medical issues, and my knuckles swell and ache a lot nowadays.
I'm alright with drawing. Not the best, but not the worst either. I have started to learn with my left hand, and I'm almost up to par with the quality of my right hand, but not quite, and it takes double the time.
Does anyone have any advice on how to art with the non-dominant hand, or maybe advice on how to draw with arthritis? I think it's a better idea to just switch hands completely, but still.
>>2782387
get your hand into some gloves that support your arm while essentially locking your wrist.
buy big surface paper (more than A3) and start drawing with your arm.
you'll find plenty of advice on how to draw with your arms.
There are various pencil grips for people with arthritis
IMO you can completely forgo finger manipulation and with enough practice draw from the shoulder

I never even considered that... for paper I think this will be okay, but could I do the same with a small digital tablet? I prefer the small ones and it's what I can afford. (I already own it / use it, or at least I did.)
I will look into this and keep doing my left hand / arm in the meantime.
