Doesn't Fenghua teach in that online art school? If such how comes there is literally nothing of his process and how he does things online other than a sketch he did for a head? Cannot find shit of him on CGPeers either,

what?

English is my third learned language, do forgive me if I am not structuring everything properly. What is confusing about what I just said?
>>2782689
Nothing, the other anon is just bad at interpreting.
Anyway, no idea OP.
Okay, this advice will fucking change your life (and your art career).
Buy and read "Think and Grow Rich" by Napoleon Hill.
Read this book everyday.
Follow everything it says to do
You can and will suceed. This book is the key to success.
Post your art or gtfo.
I've read it, it's the same recycled advice as basically every self help book and also helpfully injected with stupid religious / other spritualistic bullshit.
but i want to git gud not rich
Jojo's art is amazing. You can't even deny this fact.
cool opinion fagtron

>symbol drawing
>amazing
Pick one
>>2780595
its pretty cool but why dont you post the part that actually looks good
Why is visual art the least respected art? (compared to music, writing etc) and the least respected career? People associate art students with potheads who "can't find a job lol" this is fucking bullshit. Studying stem seems always like the good path and people respect you and admire your superior "intellect".
Fuck. Studying stem and want to drop it for art. Everyone irl is unsupportive.
How do you cope being seen as inferior by everyone?
>>2780159
I highly doubt anyone has ever admired anything about you or your life, let alone your "intellect". So do what you want and stop obsessing over what people might think about you.
As far as respect towards visual art goes. I think professional artists are more respected than ever because of how much entertainment media everyone consumes these days and how much these products are being hyped. You just gotta be good and actually work in the industry. Obviously no one respects unemployed artists. But no one respects unemployed musicians, writers or STEM majors either.

>I think professional artists are more respected than ever because of how much entertainment media everyone consumes these days and how much these products are being hyped
Interesting point of view. However most normies don't care/know shit about art. I can understand the hype on entertainement and artists, I am an easly hyped individual, but most of the "normie" population will care about their magic yellow smurf turd "minions". I would love to believe what you say is true tho.
>I highly doubt anyone has ever admired anything about you or your life, let alone your "intellect".
Nice jab. But seriouslt speaking, people do appreciate effort, and stem people are respected and viewed as intelligent, at least where I live.
>>2780159
Is it though? Writers are likely alcoholic. Same with aspiring musicians. No one really believes you can shoot for an "art" career because it actually requires hard work. Anyways, you'll always feel inferior if you keep comparing yourself to better people, so drop STEMshit and do art. Now you live a life better than all those suffering STEMfags. You're a superior being.
how do i draw like norasuko
fuck off
how do i correctly do this.
>needing a tutorial to follow a tutorial
Watch Peter Han's dynamic sketching tutorial so you can develop your manual dexterity, also listen to this song a lot

Kek
Seriously, though, construction is literally is creating the general structure of your image before actually starting the image. Don't try to worry about all the end details at the same time. It's arbitrarily iterative.
The process isn't just "draw an oval; draw the rest of the fucking owl"
How do you stop yourself from feeling despair or feeling like giving up? Let's here from anons.
You don't. You need that feeling or else you'll never make it.
>>2779564
this exactly. If something you do is shit it's going into the garbage.
what's with the influx of crybaby threads
yeah you know what, fuck it, since none of you lazy ass niggas is gonna make a reference thread then I'll do the shit.
just tell me what you want and I'll see if I got it, til then I'm posting random shit

Whats the secret to make a sensual character but without being overly sexual?

Today folks, is the day where we start a revolution.
A revolution in which we shall abolish all bad art from the internet.
We shall seek out, and shun those who share their bad art, we shall ourselves, not share any of our work until we are good enough for professional work.
Follow me my brothers and sisters, in this ambitious journey, of cleansing the world from bad art.
viva la revolucion!
>>2782505
I'll follow your quest op
>>2782554
Get the fuck outta here with your pretentious bs OP.
has anyone started an LLC to operate under as an artist? I want to make one to keep more privacy and not have people look up my real name.
Aren't LLC ownership really easy to look up though?
How about the taxes for your income, does that get complicated too?
>>2782417
>I want to make one to keep more privacy and not have people look up my real name
lol as if anyone cares
>>2782421
they care if they're furries
>>2782432
Time to stand for your degeneracy OP
Artwork not related.
So how do you:
(1) approach famous artist and what to talk to them about for... you know, networking to get ahead.
(2) i try to comment on art friends' post a lot, but somehow that made them hate me more or maybe that is just my imagination. what are the dos and donts when networking on FB?
>>2782391
1. You don't, nobody will do this for you ever, even if you are on good terms with somebody.
2. Stop that, your "friend" probably hates your guts already.
Why are you trying to network on facebook, it's cancer and your art will never truly be appreciated, unless you're just out for attention and money.
i dont want attention or money, i want my name on a hollywood movie, i do it for myself.
and there is nothing wrong for wanting money/attention anyway.
>>2782419
>there is nothing wrong for wanting money/attention anyway
You're right.
What field are you working in, what's your craft?
How do I become Matt Gaser?
Thanks
>tfw too much of a social retard to be a really popular freelance artist

post work and we'll know if it's good enough to even sell
sage in the meantime
>>2782012
>post work and we'll know if it's good enough to even sell
not relevant if you have no social competency to show up at a con and do well there with people
why do you give a shit about what others think
what's the problem with pursuing art for your own sake and self-fulfillment
most art careers are a meme anyway
What does /ic/ think of Bob Ross.
If I worked my way through the paintings on the show would I develop some skill by the end?
His work is "nice".
and probably? But there are more efficient ways to improve if that is what you want.
>>2777244
The skill to relax and enjoy the process of art making. Something /ic/ undervalues.
>>2777247
What other ways? Are they in the sticky?
>>2777249
I have no delusions about becoming a world class painter or anything.
I just think it would be really fun to start do something artistic.
