Back in high school, I was apparently the only kid who even knew this guy's name, let alone who he was.

We live in a Babylon society where we all pretend we have succeeded at multiculturalism, when in reality most of us don't know how to coexist. And we have these huge cities full of problems where the fascists hate the commies, and the muslims hate the christians.
We have national borders, but they don't coincide with cultural and linguistic borders, many times. National pride is diying out, as we get ever more globalised; and the patriotism that still exists is often synonym for hate.

Imagine a world where, instead of this mixup of opposing ideologies, each school of thought (political, religious, whatever...) had a separate, self-sufficient community, where they can freely try out their experimental political systems, or their ideal lifestyles.
There would be a community for the alt-right, for example.
And one for the anarcho-punks.
And a socialist community.
One for hardcore jews.
One for free drug use.
One for Amish people.
And so on...
So that a person's identity would not be tied to the beliefs and traditions of the country they were born in, anymore; but on their own actual beliefs and ideologies.

How would one categorize Africa, culturally and ethnically? There is no way these people think of themselves as one just because they
are kinda similar in skin color from an outsider perspective.
Like, how would you categorize them in the same way Europeans categorize themselves into Slav, Mediterranean, Nordic and etc? Is the divide between
East and West Africa similar to the divide between Europe and Central Asia?

So why did the Nazis recruit honest-to-god criminals and convicts into the SS? This fuck being the main spearhead?

Did... did this not ring any alarm bells to the Wehrmacht? Did no one recognise what an obviously bad idea this is? What was the intent of recruiting some of the worst criminals into your division? To strike terror into the hearts of your enemies and those who might potentially oppose you? To grant those very same criminals freedom and a pretty generous rank in the army, thus inspiring their loyalty? To use people who have proven themselves to have no qualms with committing abhorrent crimes against their fellow man? Was it because pic related was a criminal himself, and therefore either had friends in jail or felt some kind of kinship towards them?

Did... did no one honestly step up and point out the many, MANY ways this could go wrong? The many ways they DID go south? They must've, considering the several or so times people in the Wehrmacht tried to boot pic related. Pic related, whose local police record stated was a violent, sadistic, mentally unstable sociopath. Whose first arrest was diddling a fourteen year old. Who was as if hard liquor and pure malice somehow came into being solidified into an actual, god damn person. Whose destructive methods and rampages nearly wiped out modern day Belarus.

The... buh... I... I... No matter how many times I read up on the Holocaust... this fuck in particular, and the choices he made and was allowed to make, will always bereft and boggle my mind. There so much of him and his MO that confuse me to this day. There's so much I don't understand, and seemingly can't understand. And there's a jawdroppingly lack of logic here that I've yet to wrap my mind around. I just... why... fucking why...

The proto-celts and celts themselves had a profound effect on Rome and the Roman empire genetically, culturally and linguistically.

The urnfield culture which spoke proto-celtic moved deep into Italy in 1200bc. The proto-celtic word for grandmother is "Nanna" while the modern day Italian word for grandmother is "Nonna".

The North of Italy and that region was known as Cisalpine Gaul to the Romans. Should we suppose that they did not have an effect on Rome despite being very close to them?

The Italo-Celtic branch of haplogroup R1b is found all throughout Italy today and also in places like Corsica. This sort of diffusion can only be the result of the Roman empire spreading the R1b-U152 haplotype as there is no evidence for a solely Celtic expansion to places like Corsica where that haplotypes is found.

Finally, we all know that the Celts actually conquered Rome in 400bc and held the city for many months before accepting ransom and moving on, this would have certainly had an effect on the genetics of the people.

Why is it that Italians today (those south of the po-river valley) look nothing like the busts and statues of ancient Roman emperors? The answer is simple, Celtic peoples were more common in Italy in the past and over time were bred out until they exist solely in Padania today.

Is it possible to refute this claim?

Any worldview is necessarily predicated upon one or more unprovable axioms, which will be invoked as premises upon which to build logical arguments.

Eg: If one accepts the proposition that "all people are fundamentally prone to anti-social behaviour" then one has the philosophical justification to start building towards authoritarian modes of government in order to secure peace (if peace is accepted as the goal for which government exists)

If one accepts that human beings are a mixture of good and bad tendencies, and that we are able to choose our moral behaviour, then that lays the groundwork for social contract theory, with incentives for behaving in socially acceptable ways, and disincentives for behaving in socially unacceptable ways.

My question is:
Is this proposition a reasonable description for evaluating truth claims? (Does this position have a name?)
