Comcast only has data caps in places where there is no competition. In NYC they have competition. I have Verizon Fios (fiber) and it has no caps. That rich jew from France just bought Optimum and I hear he is cheap as fuck so I would avoid them til I hear positive.

I live in North Jersey, I can take the PATH train right in front of MSG in NYC. North Jersey is essentially the suburbs of NYC so what they have we have and their politicians do make sure that companys don't fuck over the consumer. WIth Fios I have the cheapest tier of 50/50 and I always get around 60/60 on speedtests all the time. Never a hickup.
